Floors need vacuum.
Bedroom doors are glass and see through furthermore don’t close at bottom.
Area a lot of construction and around back to car park has rubbish scattered.

If you have asthma do not book here.
Despite marketing itself as a non-smoking throughout facility, we checked in for a one night, and got hit with an overwhelming heavy smell of cigarette smoke within our room. We were unable to stay at the hotel and had to book a second hotel for the night.
We also called up multiple days in advance to reserve a car park and was advised this was confirmed, and we would have to pay upon approval. Upon arriving for a late check in we were informed that our reserved carpark had been giving to someone else, no one from the hotel made contact with us about this and we were unable to safely park our car, despite the car park having what appeared to be 5 car parks free when we arrived.
Would not recommend.

We have been attempting to request a refund for this booking, and have been met with excuses that the manager is not available and called in sick and the “casual” staff members “do not have access to emails or systems”. Entirely unprofessional.

Worst hotel
Honestly the worst hotel I’ve been to! The location was hard to find, the outside was messy, weeds growing tall, rubbish all along the steps. The room we booked was with a balcony we didn’t get that. The hallways were messy like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. The shower curtain had mould on it, the power plugs were broken looked like it was cut, walls had broken bits on it like someone was eating at it. We stayed 4 nights and asked for housekeeping on the 2nd night and was told no they don’t do housekeeping only if you stay 1 week or longer. We had to go and ask for towels everyday which was ridiculous and rubbish was piling. The noise level was LOUD we were woken up every morning early hours by the building next door as there were trucks and cars coming constantly. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT coming here.

Do not stay at this accomodation, their communication is terrible, they do not respond or message you back. My recommendation. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY WITH THEM.
