One bedroom deluxe was very spacious. The staff member at check in was really nice. Unit could have been cleaner, lots of streaks in the kitchen (where they had obviously wiped), oven had afoul on trays that had crumbs, toilet bowel had not been cleaned thoroughly, a few hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. Location very quiet and accessible to the city. There is a nearby church that rang their bell ALOT over the weekend. Thank goodness the apartment is pretty sound proof. Complementary parking was great.

Everything there I needed, and a very convenient location and easy to find and get to.
I was very annoyed when the sign in the office said "back in 15 minutes" he wasn't and responded immediately when I phoned
But I got a $129 parking fine for overstaying the 10 minutes.
He was never going to be back in 15 minutes.
Change that sign!!!!!

My Family and i stayed here and i wouod have too say its the most layed back accommodation ive stayed in hands down nothing was a problem i communicated with reception and anything i needed theyy went above and beyond to help
My family agreed we will definately be back soon

Company failed to honor booking and said we do not have a reservation despite having confirmation numbers and messages from them about how the check in upon arrival. They left us on the street with no where to stay and has not refunded the money as promised.

The room was very clean and much more spacious than I had expected. The pool was a very welcome feature in Brisbane's hot and humid summer!
