Best amenities!!

The cabin was really modern and very comfortable. We also used a powered sites. They have the individual bathrooms which are beautiful. They're very new with heated floors & towel rail. Absolutely fantastic!!! Will visit again.

Pay for ensuite site but no cleaning provided when staying 2 weeks??

We’ve been travelling 7 months and always choose an ensuite site if available. Every park we’ve stayed in has serviced (cleaned) the ensuite once a week. When I politely asked Jo in the office (after 9 days) if the ensuite would be serviced she was very blunt and glared at me abruptly answering “no” / I thought perhaps she’d forgotten we’d been in the park 9 days & were booked for 14 days, so I enquired further “oh not when we’re here 14 days”? She was even more abrupt and stated with even more attitude “NO”
- I walked out gobsmacked!

Rude Management no personality at all hard cold faced terrible greeting

Management Rude needs to get some sort of personality if she is front of house and greeting guests very cold and expressionless great park location clean and tidy

TOXIC SMELL CABIN 51

THe 3 bedroom Villa cabin number 51 at the Myrtleford holiday park we paid $550 per night for 2 nights. Arrived 2pm and opened the door to the most HORRIBLE TOXIC SMELL my husband said it might be the cleaning products as the place was cleaned. We went to the lake arrived back around 8pm to an even deadlier TOXIC SMELL it was so strong we couldn't breathe normal air. Had every door window fan aircon on STILL STUNK
when i complained in the morning no argument no nothing i was offered a refumd and told to leave if we were not happy. They said they don't know what the smell is they couldn't care less and other people have complained but they just offer refunds and tell people to leave if not happy. SO THEY ARE AWARE OF THE SMELL. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and then once your there and have nowhere elsr to go they offer you a REGUND TO LEAVE HOW PATHETIC NEVER AGAIN THAT CABIN NO.51 brand new and TOXIC SMELL that they cannot even tell you what the smell is STAYVAWAY FROM THIS CABIN

Drive on ….

Don’t bother. Cramped, cheek by jowl site despite plenty of spread out roomier sites available. Kicked ouf of TV room at 9,00pm. Not particularly welcoming management. Wouldn’t stay again preferring to look at one of the many alternatives in the area,
