Highly recommend
Such a lovely park in a great location. Spacious sites, very clean amenities and plenty of them.
Camp kitchen was very good. We enjoyed the air fryer and oven. We thought there was a cooktop but other facilities made up for that.
Staff are the most welcoming, helpful and friendly we have met.

Clean Park in a Quiet Location.
Nice quiet location close to walking and cycling tracks, the river and beach, with just a short drive into the larger town. The facilities were immaculate and clean no matter what time of day you used them. Also the staff were friendly plus the park had decent sized caravan spots, some swings, basketball hoop, hammocks etc. As an older couple we liked the smaller family run park. We will definitely be recommending this one to our friends.

Great stay
We stayed in a two bedroom cabin which was very clean with a good sized fridge. The bed was very comfy and the whole park was spotless with great facilities. Our only complaint was the curtains throughout had blockout that was perishing, which gave everything an aging look. However, position, quietness, amenities, staff and service could not be faulted. We love this park and will certainly be staying again.

'Dog friendly' cabin North Haven (Jacaranda)vHoliday Park .
The 'dog friendly' cabin was not anything like the cabin shown on their website. There was no sloping entry to the cabin - instead 2 wooden steps without a handrail.(Website states all cabins wheelchair accessable . NOT TRUE). Inside the cabin was clean but old and tired. The TV was mounted above a window hard up against the ceiling. The air conditioning unit was installed directly above the upper bunk? There was no kitchen top bench space available for meal preparation as the two areas that should have been for this purpose were occupied by a microwave and a combo hotplate/oven. No room for a toaster or electric jug except to be placed on the sink draining space .Furnishings looked 'op shop' finds comprising an old wooden table with two wooden chairs, a two seater old settee and a low to the floor double bed.
The office staff were friendly and when asked why the cabin was entirely different to that depicted on the website the reply was : "we have no control on what is shown on the website". If that is so then someone from Hampshire head office needs to come and have a look before listing on the Web.
After this experience would we stay at a Hampshire Park 'dog friendly cabin' in the future -NO.
Would we recommend anyone to staying in a Hampshire 'dog friendly' Cabin - NO.

Hi Barry, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, we have several different layouts of cabins, mostly not wheelchair accessible. We have 2 pet friendly cabins in the park with different layouts, one with a ramp and one without both however have the same bedding and appliances including an oven and microwave to allow guest to cook during their stay. We appreciate your feedback.

The property appears to be somewhat dated, and unfortunately the bathtub showed signs of mould. We also found the blanket to be unclean, and my son developed a rash after contact. Aside from these concerns, the area felt safe and quiet, and the beach was easily accessible.
