Friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

Myself and my husband stayed at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park at the start of January to attend the United Cup Tennis.
Check-in was very smooth and we took advantage of the onsite parking.
As Accor Diamond Members our room was upgraded and we were provided access to the lounge.
We were upgraded to the Executive Room that was very spacious, lovely view and my most favourite…a large bath. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
We used the lounge for the evening canapés along with the beverages. There were three hot items and then a selection of cold items. It was a nice way to start the evening.
We did have the buffet breakfast at the Bacar Restaurant. I could tell it must have been a busy morning as there was a few things that were empty and a little more untidy than I would have expected.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back when we next attend an event at Sydney Olympic Park.

Huge room, bath! Pillow menu. Great but drinks in bar v expensive eg. Champagne glass v small…not a Standard drink size.

Always a good vibe

Stayed here on state of origin night so we wouldn’t have to find a cab after the game to go back to the city .
Check
In was breezy and the Pullman was kind enough to get my room setup early as I was there 3 hours before check
In time .
Getting into the room the heater wasn’t working they sent someone up straight away .
Nice walk down to the game in the great atmosphere and nice walk back As winners . Hot shower and a warm room was called for and straight to bed .
Had to tell them in the morning that the chair at the desk was wonky and close to breaking and also the tap in the bathroom sink was loose after finding them both like that .
Thanks for the state of origin cupcake was a nice unexpected treat

We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent.

Disappointing

Stayed 2 nights for Ed Sheeran concert had pre concert dinner at Bacar Restaurant which was good except we got the wrong deserts but were still tasty.
Had a room for 3 people but not enough cups and a half empty milk in the fridge and the body wash in the shower did not work.
Was surprised that as a Accor Diamond Member that I had to ask if they still have a welcome pack and was told yes I should have been given one on arrival and received it on the second day which consisted of a cupcake and two bottles of water a pair of childrens sunglasses.
It appears the hotel has taken the same approach to Accor members as the Novotel Darling Harbour that gives the same welcome pack.
They also have the slowest elevators of any hotel I have stayed in.
Also disappointed that they allow noisy children in the Executive Club after 5.30pm when we want quiet time.
