Great quiet place to stay
We stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom family suite which was a very good size. It was very comfortable and clean. Management was friendly and very helpful as we weren't arriving until after midnight they made sure our key was easily available. Beds were very comfortable, even the fold out bed my son slept on in the living room (the 2 bedrooms had a queen and 2 singles). We would definitely stay again.

Not bad, but not fantastic.
Not bad, but not fantastic. Paid $165 for one night, when I first arrived to check in, the woman seemed unable to find my booking. She asked if I'd booked through booking.com - I said no and offered to show her my confirmation email. She took it and still seemed to be having problems (she didn't say anything), then all of a sudden I had a key to a room. She told me the room number and that it was upstair and was going to let me go on my way. I had to ask where I could park. As there are downstairs rooms, I thought there might be restrictions on where I could park. It was frustrating as when I've stayed at other places, they always provide basic information when they give you the key. However, I went to my room. I received a call later that evening from a male manager who was calling to check whether I was checking in or not, he was polite in the conversation and apologised once I told him I had already checked in. It did have me worried that perhaps I wouldn't have a room when I returned later that night. Thankfully, I still had a room. The confirmation email and website both state that there is bottle water supplied in the room, there was none in the fridge. The room was very clean but there were some issues such as the powerpoint being broken (the switch), the toilet seat moved without any effort and the chair in the room with the two single beds has marks on it. For a room where you can clearly see where modifications and repairs have been made, as well as a dirty chair and carpet damage, I don't believe it was worth $165 for the night.

Not what was booked and paid for.
The room was booked as a refurbished deluxe room but was a shabby dirty room with broken appliances, old rusty fridge, dirty stained mattress linen , no sofa, unhelpful staff unable to give me the room as advertised and confirmed on booking site so ended up relocating at great expense now seeking refund with no response from motel.

Be Careful of this Places Policy
Not happy with their policys or the management attitude, tried to book directly but was directed to Expieda, strange, but did so, but after an unexpected change of dates, tried to change one day of booking but told no changes in a very aggressive manner, so I took my business elsewhere and glad I did.

Clean and Quiet
Off the main road and quiet. Stayed 3 days over the Christmas Day/ Boxing Day period and the room was great. Large by motel standards, clean and with a good bathroom. Comfy beds all added to what was a great stay at this time of year.
