Brilliant with great friendly staff

Stayed the first week of February
Absolutely perfect from arriving at 11.30 on the Saturday, the room was ready
Easy check in and very friendly
We had a 6.30 am pick up the following Saturday and a lovely packed breakfast was prepared for us
The rooms are large and immaculate
Breakfast had all the usual meats/cheeses/cereals/breads but also one of the staff was on hand to cook fresh eggs or omelettes, oh and they have really nice crispy bacon
Evening meals were excellent with a choice of 3 each day , everything we had was perfect
The bar area is quite chic and the staff (Medina/Denilla/Barbra ) were great
The Isskogel lift is literally a 250m walk although we left our skis and boots in a locker at the lift station as it was only €5 per day for2 skis/boots which meant no carry back to the hotel needed after some great Apres in the Turbo Bar at the bottom of the lift
All in all an excellent hotel and a lovely resort

Fabulous hotel for our Skiing Holiday in Zillertal in January 2026

Absolutely super Alpine hotel in Gerlos run by a lovely upbeat couple, with super attentive, welcoming and friendly hotel staff. Location is fabulous, only 400m from the nearest ski-lift. Room super clean, charming decor. We did half-board and both breakfast buffet and formal dinner just lovely. Bar area modern and atmospheric at the same time, again bar staff very efficient and attentive. Quiet location but the Apres-Ski turbo bat just 500m away more than makes up for skiers wanting a fun evening out! Definitely a hotel that I'll return to. Vielen Danke fur den schonen Aufenthalt!

Blissful hotel

We stayed in a room "mountain jewel" with 4. Nice well-kept spacious room with beautiful views and terrace. Neat spacious bathroom with all accessories. Hugely friendly and helpful host and hostess and staff, the food is delicious with lovely wine list at affordable prices. The location is 250 meters from the ski lifts. Overall highly recommended

Cosy Austrian hotel near the slopes

Very nice hotel! Very clean and the rooms are large and have very good soundproofing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lift is at about 150m, with children maybe a bit far but we have rented a locker at the lift. So this was very pleasant. We had a very nice holiday here!

Great holiday in nice hotel

We stayed for a week at the Wohlfühlhotel Innertalerhof and we were very satisfied. We had received a Crystal Suite as an upgrade for a Booking Referral issue. Nice big room with some crystal glitter. Bathroom and toilet separated, nice balcony to the valley side. The automatic cabinet lighting in both wardrobes was particularly well received by my wife.
The breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate, various small pastries and bread, over egg dishes with bacon to the cereal everything available. Two good coffee machines and a juice offer rounded things off. Dinner was served partially, for example the soup, the hot starter and the salad from the well-stocked buffet, the main course served again and the cheese selection, ice cream or other dessert again from the buffet. The long drinks were the hit, I've never seen such decorated Aperol Spritz. Only the prices were relatively high.
The host couple was very friendly, always approachable and very concerned about the guests. The service staff were very friendly from the maid to the cook to the waiters. Especially the friendliness of the two in the service area must be emphasized. How lucky for a hotelier couple to have such powers. The beautiful wellness area with a large sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin was super clean and beautifully laid out.
