Not bad, suitable for one night
We had to break our journey to switzerland due to traffic jam, the check in is performed by a machine - you put in a reservation code and the machine is providing the key card and a parking ticket for the lot in front of the hotel.
The apartment itself (nr 10) is spacy and quiet. Unfortunately breakfast time starts at 8.00 am which was too late for us so we missed the pre-payed breakfast.
It's located just a few minutes from the highway.
At the end of the day I can recommend the hotel for a short break.

For sleeping and breakfast it is ok
Maybe I had something else in mind.
Check in at the vending machine - without any problems.
Rooms: unfortunately dirty. Towel. Call on hotline, one was helped immediately friendly and I was able to get a new towel in an emergency closet. Hair on bed sheets I had to put up with. Rooms otherwise simple but sufficient.
Breakfast: delicious fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Was also savoury- but I didn't try. Staff at breakfast friendly and helpful.
There is no lunch/dinner, so you have to go out to eat or take something to your room. However, there is also no cutlery. Breakfast room is locked. Common room was occupied with “do not disturb” since should be improved. There is parking in front of the house (parking ticket available at check-in)
In short: simple, but ok. However, the price was expensive compared to other accommodations nearby, so for next time picked a different one.

Middle Age
I was in this hotel for a business trip. everything is quite good, a little sad to see a hotel without reception, you can't ask anyone for anything if you need... the thing that bothered me the most was the lack of explanations in English or other languages. you're stuck in the Middle Ages, update yourself!!!

A little expensive
I choose this hotel during our trip from Milan to Fussen because was the only one with 24 hours check in (automatic after 5 or 6 PM very simple to use). Room very clean but bed very small for two people and one side against the wall. Rooms follow feng shui rules. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good and the lady was very kindly and also skeaks Italian. I think 100 Euros fore one night is too much.

Service must be improved
I checked in at the terminal, booking a double room. I was traveling with a colleague. We planned on sharing a room, but not a bed. I expected the check in system to allow a 2-bed double. When we went to the room, there was only one small double bed. I returned to the check in terminal and used the phone to call a representative. He did not speak English, grew impatient with my intermediate German, and hung up the phone. It was late so we ended up paying for a double and a single instead of the one 2-bed double. In the morning, my colleague and I were both rudely pushed to check out one hour early by the cleaning. lady who explained that we were keeping her from her other obligations.
I attempted to obtain a credit from the hotel saying that we should have at least paid for 2- singles or even be refunded for one breakfast (we paid for 3). The hotel was not cooperative.
It is too bad. The rooms were spartan, but nice and the breakfast was good.
