Quiet hotel with stunning views

Great location, stunning views and nice service. Great spa facility, and good food made from scratch. Good gym and nice starting point for hiking on foot or cycling.

We felt very comfortable once again.

We were again in the Alpenblick after nine years and immediately felt comfortable again. Unfortunately, everything is a little old. Reception, service and kitchen were perfect, the chef very nice, came to the table in the evening and asked if everything was satisfactory. However, we lacked the company of Erich and Ramona, which we had enjoyed very much in the past. All in all we were very satisfied again and will come back.

First class hotel

It was my third time staying at this beautiful hotel and it was like every time an absolute dream. I have been there twice in winter and now for the first time in summer. For me, every stay was an absolutely wonderful experience, out of everyday life and into relaxation, nature and relaxation. My room was always spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with views of the valley and mountains in the background. The service was great. As always, the food was exceptionally good, fresh and with plenty of choice, including vegetarian food. I cannot understand the previous bad review at all. I will definitely come back!

Eyes on the selection !!!

Room was ok, but the booked vitality half board was a single disappointment in terms of quality and presentation. The gastronomic organization was chaotic and lowest level. I can advise anyone who values a good meal to avoid this house. Something is promised here that is not kept.
To list any shortcomings here would be beyond the scope of this assessment. Certainly it would add up to several pages. We will definitely not book this hotel again.

leider haben wir von Ihrer Unzufriedenheit erst bei bzw. nach Ihrer Abreise erfahren. Das ist sehr schade, hätten Sie
und sofort darauf hingewiesen wäre sicher noch ein schöner Urlaub daraus geworden.
Auf unserer täglich wechselnden Menüauswahl gibt es immer eine Zeile für SONDERWÜNSCHE welche Sie leider nie
genützt haben.
Einen Weinverkostungswunsch haben Sie leider nie geäußert, auf der Weinkarte und in der Ankunftsinfo hatten wir darauf hingewiesen.
Die Lage des Turmzimmers süd-ost ist das beliebteste mit 2 Balkonen und grandioser Aussicht, Sie haben es mit OK bewertet, wir danken dafür.
Für Service und Qualität der Speisen haben wir von Gästen die zur gleichen Zeit im Hotel waren zufriedene Rückmeldungen bekommen, diese Gäste haben auch angekündigt bald wieder zu kommen. Sie haben uns leider nie über Ihre Unzufriedenheit informiert. Die schwierige Personalrekrutierung in der Gastronomie war auch bei und
bemerkbar, daher haben wir am Saisonanfang auch auf ausländische Mitarbeiter im Service zurückgreifen müssen, diese haben sich aber trotzdem freundlich um die Gäste bemüht.
Leider war uns die Möglichkeit verwehrt, Ihnen einen Gutschein für einen Ersatzaufenthalt anzubieten, da wir von
Ihrer Unzufriedenheit und Ihrer Aussage keinesfalls wiederzukommen erst nach Abreise erfahren haben.
Dieser Fall stimmt uns traurig und enttäuscht, um so mehr freut es uns, dass unsere vielen, jahrelang treuen Gäste immer wieder gerne, und oft mehrmals im Jahr wiederkommen.
Wir wünschen Ihnen bei der Hotelauswahl Glück für die Zukunft.
