Great location, friendly staff, large and comfortable quadruple room, really great food, hearty and good breakfast, great hotel parking within walking distance of the hotel, no negative comments. I highly recommend it.

Top hotel! Really enjoyed
During our stay at this hotel we had a very nice experience. The hotel exudes a warm and stylish Mood immediately upon entering. The lobby is spacious and nicely decorated, making it a pleasant place to sit down or have a drink. This immediately gave me a good first impression.
The room itself completely met my expectations. The bed was wonderfully large and comfortable, so I slept really well. In addition, the room was nicely decorated, with an eye for detail. The bathroom was spacious and the big shower was really a plus. The view from the room also made our stay extra special; it felt luxurious to wake up in the morning with such a beautiful view.
The breakfast was also very successful. There was plenty of choice, so there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and tasteful. The wellness facilities deserve a compliment: the swimming pool, sauna and steam room are beautiful and well-kept, and a nice place to relax completely.
What I also really liked is that the staff speaks mostly Dutch, but also has a good command of German and English. The contact felt very accessible and welcoming, and in between there was also room for a joke or some humor, which made it all extra personal and relaxed. Moreover, the hotel is in a nice location: in the immediate vicinity there are nice boutiques and cozy restaurants. The location is also ideal from a practical point of view: there are two supermarkets within walking distance, and the hotel parking lot is about 300 meters away. For those who come in summer: there is an outdoor swimming pool nearby where you can cool off. In addition, there is a cable car up the mountain, and also a waterfall in the area, which is definitely recommended for those who love nature and beautiful views.
Of course, there are also a few points to consider. The hotel was very warm during our stay. Fortunately, we had brought a fan ourselves, and that turned out to be no unnecessary luxury. This sometimes made sleeping a bit difficult. In addition, there is a church directly opposite the hotel that rings every 15 minutes until 21:00. During the day, this still has something charming, but in the evening it can be experienced as disturbing.
All in all, the positives clearly prevail for me. The hotel offers comfort, luxury and a beautiful environment, with plenty to discover and do nearby. Thanks to the nice contact with the staff, the good facilities and the location we had a very pleasant stay here, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a nice and relaxing place to stay.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Jakobwirt!
My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Jakobwirt in Westendorf and it was truly a fantastic experience! The hotel has been beautifully renovated: everything exudes style and comfort, with a modern finish that still retains the cozy Tyrolean Mood.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first moment we felt more than welcome. It is nice to see how the team has fun together and does everything possible to please the guests.
Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lovely bed and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. The balcony with two fine chairs and mountain views was an added plus. The wellness area is also highly recommended: the indoor pool, steam room and Finnish sauna were the perfect place to completely unwind.
And as icing on the cake: breakfast. Every morning we enjoyed a very rich and tasty breakfast buffet, complete with a festive glass of prosecco – a great start to the day!
The location is perfect: right in the charming village of Westendorf, within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and close to the ski lifts – ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and hikers. Parking is also easy behind a barrier within walking distance.
