Nice hotel

This hotel is very nice. Our room was very large and comfortable. There are only two drawbacks: it is really large, so you might have to walk a lot to your room from the reception, and breakfast was definitely not adequate for a four-star hotel. The price was OK, so with a few improvements, it would grant its guests a very nice experience.

Not bad, but could be better with a little more care and maintenance

This is an interesting hotel built around a huge courtyard, like the caravanserais of old. Huge rooms with high ceilings, and all on the first floor; but no lift, so be prepared to either carry your own bags or get help.
The room seemed a bit dated, with worn furniture; however the bed was very comfortable and that was important.
Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room, but no creamer or milk provided (we did ask).
Spacious bathroom, but a few leaks here and there
Safe provided in the room, but it could not be unlocked while we were there.
Staff seem helpful, but speak very little English, be be prepared to use Google Translate
They also have a few restaurants in the courtyard, and we tried two that served very good food

Spacious room with high ceilings

Highlights
- it’s absolutely the huge room size and high ceilings which make the hotel unique
- the reception service team was great even not all of them could speak and understand English
- the impressive courtyard with this shopping mall complex
Improvement potentials
- the WiFi connection in our is not available due to distance and weakness of the signal
- the curtains were very thin and could not cover the lights from outside

Pleasant new hotel, a good choice in this city, with a lot of comfort

The hotel is part of a large new shopping centre - with almost no customers- around a large courtyard (with a ATM). The breakfast, which had sufficient choice, was served in one of the restaurants in this centre. We stayed 3 nights in room 7 in this new hotel, on the first floor (as all rooms). Good beds, good WiFi and coffee/tea facilities. We seldom had such a large (and high) room, and a large bathroom, as this hotel. The staff, with some persons who spoke English, was very helpful to arrange a taxi for a daytour around the city to the main sights. From the hotel it is a walk of only a few minutes to the fortress and the Mausoleum of Noah. To the Khan palace and surrounding sights it is an about a 20 minutes walk. We would certainly stay here again if we ever would come again to this few visited but beautiful and very interesting region.

Disappointed with the hotel

Very disappointed with the hotel.
The people at the reception do not speak English nor do they seem eager to communicate with you. They are harsh in their treatment, they neither welcome you nor show the slightest interest in helping you. When they gave me the room key they pointed me to the stairs, told me there was no elevator and they didn't even deign to help us carry the luggage up the stairs. Three workers at reception standing behind the counter with their arms crossed watching me carry the suitcases like a Sherpa.
The cold atmosphere of the hotel and the attitude of the workers makes you feel helpless in the face of any problem that may arise during your stay.
Large and bare room. Old bedding, sheets with holes.
I would not go back.
