Uruguayan Pass

Hotel well located, good service and good coffee. Simple installations but clean. Well the one proposed . Breakfast very good, liked pretty much. Only tight parking and there was no place for my car as it was crowded. But had good parking nearby too.

Scammers!! Improper charges

I booked to be 7 to 17 hours to rest by combination of bus spoken before, when I arrived they spoke in Portuguese something of midnight, then also wanted to make me sign coupon of one night, when claiming they tell me are the rules of the hotel, they did not want to cancel stub of midnight signed, telling me they returned it for pix. They never handed me the key, told me my reservation started at 12, and left me alone at the counter, after more than half an hour I retire and look for a hotel nearby. Bad treatment, improper charges and never got paid back

Well located

Super well located hotel. Parking at reservation price. Rooms with minibar and comfortable beds. Very polite employees and perfect breakfast. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the bathroom was a little dirty, full of hair in the shower stall and behind the door.

Hotel bem localizado

Prédio do hotel bem antigo. Estão reformando. Recepcionista atenciosa. Quarto grande, já reformado (501 - segundo andar). Cama normal de casal, confortável. Com TV, frigobar, ar condicionado, pequena mesa para colocar mala e uma cadeira. O banheiro bom. Chuveiro muito bom. Café bom. Garagem fechada. O hotel é bem localizado. Próximo ao centro da cidade. Muito boa opção.

Bom hotel

Hotel antigo, mas atende bem as expectativas. Café da manhã muito bom. Localizado próximo aos Free Shop de Uruguaiana. Atendentes atenciosos e prestativos. Camas muito confortáveis, este é um ponto alto do hotel.
