It is a very conveniently situated hotel adjacent to Copenhagen Central Railway Station. Good breakfast - very utilitarian accommodation, Rooms are a bit cramped but the bed was comfortable

Shared bathrooms are gross, there’s no elevator so don’t think there is one you’ll be hooking it up five stairs or more.

Was the cheapest single room but bathrooms shared were pretty dirty. Would’ve spent more elsewhere

When we arrived 1 hour before check in the receptionist (a danish man with blonde-ish hair) was unwelcoming and refused to store our luggage for that hour before we had access to our reserved room. We were forced to carry all our baggage to find a place to eat lunch close by and then return to carry all the luggage up 3 stairs of the building. This impacted our initial experience of the hotel negatively.
Breakfast was great, a classic scandinavian/Danish style. Don't chose this hotel if you cannot carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. Our two room was separated on different floors which felt weird and inconsiderate.
However, the man working the night shift as well as the personel the next day both in charge of the breakfast and in the reception we're so very kind and helpful with questions and we therefore give the overall experience a 4/5.

Really clean room and bathroom/shower room. As noted there are shared bathroom and shower room - kept very clean throughout my stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Had a wonderful stay.
