May Couple Trip
Came back just over a week ago after a fantastic week away. Staff were so friendly and helpful they were a credit to the hotel.
Room was okay, fairly basic decor wise, but very clean with daily maid service which was nice. Air-conditioning in room also good and very much needed. Fridge in room stocked mainly with water, few cans of coke on a couple of days. There were also big fridges around the pool to help yourself from which was nice.
The choice of restaurants is fab and was so nice to choose a different one each night and not be limited to one per stay. Loved the omlettes at breakfast with the loving singing lady and the beautiful pastries.
The swim up bar was a big highlight for us and the staff there were great keeping everyone's drinks coming (tho their measures were a bit strong for us).
The private beach was great and the guys helping you get sunbeds were also really great. Take water shoes for the sea as a bit stoney.
We did a boat trip from the jetty and absolutely loved it. I was nervous snorkeling and they were so kind and patient with me.
Animation team worked hard and were always busy getting people involved.
Overall we loved it.

Best holiday
Wow,just love this hotel, from the moment you check in,everyone is just so nice, room lovely and clean, we were in block 24, water supplied, filled up, never had to chase for anything.
Went to the Asian, chef samir and tram were just amazing, went to the Indian which was great, we went to the beach ,the towel guy was friendly and always helpful, we got a red flag ,so never bothered. We were far end near pier, bar guys were just the best, shout out to Amead, only used the main restaurant once at night, and i must say the food was lovely, as I don't really like buffet style, also I m vegetarian, hubby went and got pasta made for me,it was so nice.went to the marina (which is a must) used the taxi service from the hotel, they were amazing, they asked what time would we like a taxi back, and the lovely guy was there waiting for us, it was a great price, all very clearly shown at taxi reception. You will have a lovely time here, we were last hear in 2019, won't be as long next time. Keep doing what you do.

Chilled holiday
We have stayed in the sister hotel next door and you can use this one so we knew what we was getting.
The restaurant are top grad the pool in this hotel is huge so plenty of room to get a spot.
The life guard was a nice guy happy to be there.
Sadly the bar staff near the pool let the hotel done. Completely useless well one of them he should never have been there on his own he didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Couldn’t understand anything I asked for.
The food is great a large selection.
Only issue was the fish when I asked if it had bones in it I was told just one I found nearly 30 why not put a sign out saying may contain bones. They had never heard of cod only to go and serve it the next day( that done have bones in it)
We wouldn’t happily stay here again
No issues really rooms are nice a large size for our family at the kids ages.

Welcome Home
We could not fault the hotel, rooms, beach, lovely staff. Nothing negative at all.
Welcome home is a phrase they use when we arrived and it felt like it.
Plenty of sunbeds, beach was our favourite
We stayed in block 24 and Mohamad was lovely and nothing was any trouble
I had a birthday while away and got a lovely birthday song and cake .
We will 100% be back

Amazing stay at this hotel
We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The hotel was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of variety and great quality every day.
Room service was excellent, and coming back to the room to find cute towel animals on our bed was such a lovely touch that made each day extra special.
Another highlight was the animation team as they were so fun, energetic, and inclusive, encouraging us to join in on activities like dancing, archery, tennis, darts, yoga, and even beer pong. There was always something enjoyable to do, and they made everyone feel involved.
Overall, an unforgettable stay with great service, fun activities, and a fantastic atmosphere. We would happily return!
