Let’s start from the lobby....dilapidated with pieces of plaster that seem to be about to fall at any moment. Cramped elevator with sinister noises and foul-smelling corridors. The studio itself was not so bad. Definitely clean and with comfortable beds. Nice view and nice terrace where aime we could not enjoy the peace that deserves the place because of extremely noisy neighbors with loud music at any time. Even their guests of the structure did not have the slightest problem to disturb. Staff at reception practically absent. The lady with the red hair ran never raised her head to say hello except for the first day when we checked in. Then stop. Location between Antibes and Juan les pins excellent. Parking a bit 'hard to find but still the structure offers the possibility to park... for a fee.

Nice view to two directions. Room had everything needed for a short stay.

Really interesting value for money
Stay from 20/12/2025 to 28/12/2025 – 2 adults, 2 children (3 and 5 years)
Pros:
Ideal location, close to shops and the beach. However, beware of people with walking difficulties: there are quite a few slopes if you move on foot.
Clean, functional and well maintained accommodation.
Pleasant view: we had chosen a seaside accommodation, very appreciable.
Cons:
Quite old building that deserves to be refreshed.
Elevator very slow and sometimes worrying; replacement would be desirable.
Medium soundproofing. We were present during the winter holidays, so few people, but on the last day we heard a child running and screaming until after 11pm. I imagine it can be complicated in the summer when the building is complete.
Pool (closed during our stay) shared between several buildings. Given its configuration, summer must be very busy, which does not make us want to return to this period.
Mixed reception: the receptionist with long brown hair who welcomed us on the first day did not seem very invested. Having already done the online check-in, no explanation was given to us and the code of the front door was not even communicated to us, we had to ask. Moreover, the lack of response to our greetings in the following days is not very pleasant. Clearly, we will not return for the welcome.
Conclusion:
We will come back anyway, but certainly not in the summer. In quiet periods, especially in winter, the value for money is really interesting. I expected worse based on some reviews, but in the end the stay was okay.
