Pleasant establishment

Located on the heights of Evian this establishment is pleasant! The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette! The proximity to a bakery allows you to enjoy breakfast in total privacy on the balcony! Very Good Welcoming and Advice

disappointment

we came as a tourist group we were disappointed with the meals served in the evening. spaghetti carbonara non-existent minimal rations. we felt well that this residence saved on meals it is shameful. The rooms not spacious and the shower tiny.
you should not go there when you are on Group Trips.

not too bad overall

Well located, not very far from the center, warm welcome, large room, good bedding, soft pillows, no duvet but a blanket and a sheet, night tables, wardrobe, small kitchenette, coffee machine, kettle it is necessary to ask for pods and tea at the reception, microwave, fridge and everything necessary to make meals, balcony overlooking the lake, bathroom bathtub,bidet, linens and towels,small samples for the shower,small hand soap,small and separate toilets,attention to water taps.Decent breakfast for a 2 stars.Parking available,attention to lime trees.

Lovely hotel on a budget

This is a great place to stay in Evian. We went for the golf so the location was superb. Lots of advantages - very friendly staff, spacious room with kitchenette, balcony with lake view, pleasant grounds, 5 min walk to Lidl and the added bonus of a bath! The only minus was a tiny separate room for the toilet. The decor was dated but that didn't bother us - it was spotlessly clean which is more important. All in all, a very pleasant stay & will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, convinient location

A nice motel in convenient location in Evian. Large rooms. Kitchenette. Good free parking in front.
The staff was very friendly.
The walk to Evian center in not too long, it will take approx 15-20 minutes. The return walk is steep uphill.
