Date error for the reservation

We did not have the opportunity to test the hotel; I made a mistake when booking and left the date for today. Text sent by management on the same day at 6 PM specifying the details, a text I only saw at 10 PM because I am not on my phone 24/7. I called immediately to apologize on the phone number provided in case of issues. I called back the next morning, and the person asked me if I wanted to postpone the stay, telling me that they are in peak season and that she lost a sale. I deduce that I will need to book a room again. In light of this unbusinesslike reaction, I replied that too bad, "I would sit on it and that I would rent elsewhere." And it is true that I said thank you, have a good day, and hung up. I was a bit annoyed by this reaction, but I suppose this lady never makes mistakes. They tried to call me back, but I was already in the process of booking elsewhere. The invoice was sent to me within minutes and charged the amount of 125 euros. Perfect... efficient. In our area, in northern Brittany, the season does not really pick up until early July... and I know our merchants are much more accommodating.

The beautiful stop

Wonderful stop in a charming hotel; everything is perfect there.
Moreover, the restaurant is refined, and the chef shines with delicious creations.

Oh, great.

A very nice address. Warm, cozy, top service, a beautiful and large room. Perfect location, quiet. And a real family breakfast . We'll be back!

Felt decoration Superb room tray Welcoming Cleanliness impeccable room or bathroom. Meal excellent hearty gourmet formula half board. Exceptional breakfast varied. Good advice regarding walks. Well placed super nice view
Parking in front of the hotel including a pmr
Indoor lift and wheelchair accessibility even except wheelchair this m greatly facilitated life. Thank you all for your Welcoming. We had an excellent stay we highly recommend
