Fabulous location, clean and well-kept apartments, 100/100 relaxation, very kind and courteous owners, I recommend it for a week of complete relaxation

Very disappointing and dangerous.
Our experience with Niki Studios (At Eliza Here was known as Niki Sunrise apartments) is not positive. Our reception was friendly though. Our stay turned out not cleaned yet. (number 9) When this was finished we could get in without any explanation. This cottage is a huge setback, Eliza-was-here-unworthy, and really just dangerous. The site shows a beautiful cottage, but these pictures appear to be more than 10 years old. The cottage has a terrace with fantastic views. Under the canopy you sit fantastically, but this canopy is life-threatening. It rests on three poles, all three of which are totally rotten at the bottom. The canopy has already collapsed considerably in the middle and if the middle pole can no longer support its weight, it collapses, with all the consequences that entails when you are underneath. The interior is very mediocre. The kitchen unit is old. There are all sorts of practical utensils missing. The kitchen cabinets hang crooked or close badly. When opening cabinets, take the hood with you. The wood has expanded. (moisture?) The fridge is "loiling" almost all day. Lowering it does not improve. The electricity of the refrigerator is connected to the same connection as the electric hob in the kitchen cabinet by a crown stone. Not a single insulation tape has been applied. Since the worktop is torn and sealed, moisture can cause misery. In the kitchen cupboards a large amount of ants come to all kinds of food every day. We had to throw away walnuts, almonds, grapes and even chips because of the ants. The bathroom has no ventilation. There is also no window, but an open hole for which a piece of mesh is placed that is stuck in the wall and the cracks are sealed with paper. The sink is on an artful wooden platform. However, this is warped and the sink is loose. You can turn it in any direction and it wobbles. Under the sink there is a lot of sealant applied to cover up past leaks. On the edge of the stucco is a thin layer of sawdust daily, apparently from the ceiling. Again, electricity is connected to a crownstone. Painter's tape was used here to prevent moisture action. The shower tray has a hand shower and a rain shower. With both shower heads, the water comes out (except for the spray holes) on all sides. Around many spores of lime and/or mold. The toilet bowl is not anchored to the ground. So this one wobbles. Then the bed. This is an old metal bed with a metal grate as the bottom. On it is an old mattress. On that mattress is a topper that is again 10 cm. wider on both sides than the mattress. On top of that is a topper that is attached with elastic on the corners around the mattress, however, this topper is smaller than the mattress. This is very uncomfortable and the bed creaks on all sides.
Making coffee the first day didn't produce coffee, but a slight burn. As it turned out, the coffee machine "threw" the hot water from the reservoir back into the reservoir, instead of into the filter. This way, the device kept pumping the hot water around.
All these complaints were passed on to the owner. This one didn't exactly show she was impressed. I thought I saw the pictures on the site. The coffee machine was replaced and so was the rain shower head. Otherwise, they did nothing. No other apartment appeared to be available. After complaining to Eliza, suddenly another apartment was available after a few days. We were able to go to this apartment after four days, but this was not to be viewed in advance. Finally, after four days we moved to this (smaller) apartment. Fortunately, the beds here turned out to be of better quality, but short. (180 cm.) The showerheads had the same fault and the toilet controls were regularly faulty. I fixed that myself. The pool looks lovely. However, the joints are mouldy all around black. These are black algae (cyanobacteria) that cannot be cleaned with chlorine. Cleaning we have never seen of this pool.
This review looks like a huge lament. We are concerned that this stay with Eliza was Here can be booked and that they use the photos provided by the owners. These are really very outdated. Eliza claims that the stays are regularly checked by their employees, but we are in huge doubt about that. Most people take things for granted. We also did this in the end. We were on the road all day on the island. During the day we were rarely on the stay. We also did not feel like having to move twice in a holiday. Eliza was inclined to find us another place to stay on the island, but we chose to stay ourselves. But in the smaller studio, which is very noisy by the way.
In any case, we will never go back here.
Incidentally, cleaning lady Maria is an honor friendly woman who does her utmost. She's also the only one we've seen working there. The only place she doesn't go is under the bed of our second stay. That is under the bed with a lot of spider silk......

Beautiful location, but service could be better
The view is stunning and the pool is lovely and peaceful – ideal for completely unwinding. You do regularly hear planes flying overhead, but that's unavoidable on this side of the island.
The complex is very clean and tidy, and thanks to the central location, you can reach anywhere on the island in about an hour. There are some beaches nearby, and the airport is only half an hour away. There aren’t really any restaurants in the area, so a rental car is essential.
Unfortunately, the studio was a bit disappointing. Very basically furnished, uncomfortable bed and very minimally equipped kitchen. No cutting board, bowls, tea towels, or even salt and pepper – it all felt quite cheap.
We were greeted briefly but kindly, though we had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the host during our stay, which meant we had a broken fridge for nearly the entire week. For this price range, you expect a bit more comfort and care. It would also be nice to receive some local tips, for example.
All in all: a beautiful place, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of the overall experience.

Relaxing at Niki Sunrise
Beautiful very clean (Thank you Maria) and relaxing appartment. With a beautiful view at sea. We had the studio and it was all we needed.
Natasha the owner did everything to help you with questions and tips. All is as it's shown on the pictures. We go again next year!!!

Lovely location, quiet. Spectacular views. Friendly ,food available for the evening ,if booked by 2pm.
Snacks and bar.
