Fell in love..

Absolutely amazing place, I loved every minute of staying there, from entering the hotel until our last minute of leaving , everything was spectacular, staff very friendly, open minded, helpful, spa - my best experience ever, Ive had deep tissue massage by this big proffessional Christos who so far has had given me the best massage ever, and Ive done " quite a few " in my life at diiferent spots of this planet. Cristos and then also all ladies at the spa..are beyound beautiful people and I can only recommend this place, Im giving it 11 / 10❤️ evcharisto !

Excellent spa experience! Amy was professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. She paid attention to every detail and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience

I went to this hotel thanks to my travel agency that organized the trip to Crete for me.
When I arrived there, the staff spoke French, which was great because throughout the island, English dominates. To finish my stay on the island, I treated myself to a spa treatment with sauna, scrub, hot oil massage, and it was pure bliss. Popi took care of me and she is wonderful; if you have to go there, make an appointment at the spa.
As for the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, nothing to say, and the hotel restaurant is very good. In the morning, there is a small area for Cretan specialties, and they are excellent, not to be missed.

A very positive experience, highly recommend.

If you're planning a visit to Crete, you must try this hotel-it's truly excellent, and this was already our second stay here. The location is perfect, the rooms are large and spacious (including two-story options), and the pool is great. The food is rich and diverse with plenty of vegetarian options, and the All-Inclusive deal is highly recommended. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and always working with a smile. A special thanks to Maria from the front desk for being so charming and helpful. We highly recommend this place!
