Super charming island, central hotel

Very clean rooms and super nice host. Just +++, the hotel is located in the heart of tbilisi and within walking distance to most things.

Clean, conveniently located in the center

Convenient location near the center. The rooms are large and clean. I was surprised to see how clean even the cutlery was with the kitchen. The refrigerator is large and there is also a pan and pan, and you can cook your own food. There was also detergent in the washing machine. Recommended for those looking for a spacious room with a kitchen and washing machine while being location-oriented and keeping costs down.
The air conditioning cannot be operated by the remote control of the room, and if you tell the front desk, they will adjust the temperature. I don't know late at night, but the front desk is usually full of people. Before I heard it, I was freezing, wondering if it was unadjustable.
The hot water seemed to be temporarily out during my stay, but it was restored the next day and luckily there was no trouble.
It is a little noisy until late at night because of its central location and the restaurant district outside. There was no concern about security as it was close to the main street and busy at night. A taxi will also come to the front of the hotel.

Always Good

A very centrally located hotel, perfect for exploring Tbilisi. All staff are very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and cater for all your needs having the benefit of a kitchette. This time we booked a family room which was excellent with a seperate bedroom en-suite. I highly recommend Paskunji for your stay in Tbilisi.

Good home stay in great location

Best residence stay in Tbilisi with best location. The owners are ateliers and have great collection of jewellery.
They have 3-4 umbrella for emergency use. Was nice and cozy place to stay. Only issue was it gets noisy as you can hear neighbours.
