Mlini hidden gem
Stunning views with a relax vibe …
Comfy modern immaculate apartment with everything you will need to have your perfect stay.
The host were lovely also the cleaning ladies kept the rooms and all areas beautifully.
And nothing that was too much trouble ⭐️

Nightmare
We arrived at 22.30 in the night only to find out that the apartment had been cancelled during the day, just a few hours before arrival.
So there we were, a family with three small kids, in the middle of the night with no accommodation in Dubrovnik area during high season.
A few days earlier we had found out that the booking company had sent the wrong information about the kids ages to the apartment owners. When we found out we asked kindly of some willingness to help us out, maybe an exta bed or a mattress or just squeeze in in the spacious beds.
But no, they refused. We asked, we hade solutions but they refused. Just a couple of days before the trip.
I eventually had to book a separate room for one person at a different place apart from my family.
And even then, when there would have been one adult and three kids in a four person apartment, it was cancelled. Just hours before arrival.
If you come here this might be the treatment you have to prepare for.
Oh yes, the rather expensive fee. Of course I got no refund. What we got was a ruined vacation and economy.
The only thing they could stand by was the name of the building...

Clean apartments, great facilities
Apartments are lovely and clean, spacious, basic decor. Bathrooms nice and modern.
Kitchen has everything you need.
The apartment have a little shop which is very handy for drinks etc should you run out.
There are 2 pools, smaller one by the apartments and the larger just at the bottom but not connected to apartments - I hadn't realised that. Doesn't really make a difference.
Views are lovely despite the power cables!
The team couldn't do more for you. So helpful.
Not far from the beach etc or Cavtat/Dubrovnik - via water taxi or uber, we had no issues with either

Exceptionnel
The perfect setting, magnificent view of Adriatic sea with left cavtat nice little town away from the tumult of dubrovnik.
neat apartment very clean and modern , you will not lack anything here.
The place is quiet and peaceful.
15 min from downtown Dubrovnik by car and car essential to come there or taxi

Croatia’s hidden gem
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was our first trip to Croatia, so we were blessed to find this little gem!
Oh words cannot describe our amazing holiday with Ivo & his wonderful team!
From the moment we booked our holiday, everything was handled so well! Ivo’s hospitality & attention to detail was fantastic!
I cannot recommend the Villa Poco Loco highly enough
It’s is situated in the beautiful town of Mlini, just 15 mins from the magnificent Dubrovnik, by Uber & 25 by bus.
Mlini is surrounded by glorious beaches & ports. We loved the main beach as it had soft golden sand & great amenities including love beach front restaurants, we loved Vertigo, but there are 5/6 to choose from.
The water is crystal clear no matter where you go & the great thing about Mlini is the sea is so calm, so you can see all the beautiful tropical fish all around you.
It was so lovely to stay at Villa Poco Loco & be a little outside of Dubrovnik city & the GOT hustle and bustle of the main city.
It was so nice to come back & relax to unwind at the Villa, with 2 pools, a sauna & a well equipped gym & beautiful outdoor areas!
The apartments are branty new, with everything you might need! Towels, robes, slippers, all toiletries, even hairdryers, extra pillows & duvets & laundry service, even a Nespresso machine! Everything you’d get in a hotel except you’ll only have to share the amazing facilities with only 6 apartments
As most people take the time to explore Dubrovnik & the most beautiful islands, so most of the time we had the pools to ourselves & when you have an 11yr old, that was a very welcome distraction
Granted the Villa is about 20 mins from Dobrovnick, so if you’re looking for a boys/girls hen/stag weekend, this maybe not for you, but for families & romantic breaks or some serious chill out time with your family or friends Villa Poco Loco is amazing!
I cannot recommend Villa Poco Loco & Ivo highly enough, but I really hope our review is not so good that he won’t have our apartment available this time next year.
Ivo is an absolute gentleman & we can’t wait to get back next year!
Ps if you’re going to Croatia, download the Uber app as it’s the BEST way to get fantastic service & the cheapest way around as most of the island is majesticly hilly but it leads to the crystal clear Adriatic Sea … my daughter spotted 28 different species of tropical fish
