Just Amazing
Just fabulous. The location, how clean the room was, our beautiful hostess, who was so kind and answered all our questions. Apartment right in the middle of the Old Town. Lovely modern bathroom and the air con was a blessing. Busy bar underneath but the windows were double glazed so didnt hear much

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location with hospitable landlords, good value for money
The key handover went really well and we were greeted by the landlady Marija. Like her husband Andrej, she is super nice, warm and helpful. We felt welcomed from the start. She lugged our two hand luggage suitcases up to the apartment on the 3rd floor and showed us everything we needed when we got there. The apartment has a large room with a double bed, a complete kitchen, a dining table including 4 chairs, a couch and a large TV. Next door is a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. Both rooms have air conditioning. The bathroom is quite narrow compared to the apartment and has a shower, toilet and a small hand basin. The kitchen is well equipped and a lot of things are already there. Everything was very clean. For the brave there is a roof terrace with a staircase reminiscent of a ladder. The furnishings are not the newest but everything was OK for us. The location of the apartment can be described as perfect in the middle of the old town surrounded by many bars and restaurants. There are a lot of young people as guests in the city because of the university. So if you want peace and quiet early in the evening, the old town of Zadar is not the right place for you. We enjoyed having a nightcap in our pub almost every day. If we come back to Zadar we will rent this apartment again.

Highly recommend, the perfect home….away from home!
On first arrival we were met by Marija who showed us the apartment, this was really straight forward and took a matter of minutes.
Once inside we could not believe the sheer size of the apartment... was huge!
(Definitely a luxury stay on a budget price)
We loved staying here and absolutely will stay again and I am going to recommend to all my friends and family.
To start with, the apartment was beautiful, bright and a super clean super sized bed which was so comfy allowing me to really stretch out and also plenty of spare pillows and a really snug duvet. There was also a decent equiped kitchen, with the essentials to cater for any culinary dish.
The TV (smart) was really good with plenty of apps available and also the free WiFi which was really handy.
The shower was a good size and water pressure was just right.
There was a really good air-con unit which was pretty straight forward to use.
The windows opened easily and had really good shutters which were easily controlled to adjust how much light you wanted into the apartment.
The location of the place is also great, a few short steps and you're amongst all the beautiful streets filled with restaurants and bars.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Marija & Andrej, and the other staff for making our stay in Zadar really special and we can't thank you enough for what was an amazing break, hopefully we will be back soon.
To my honest review of Apartments 72 I found cleanliness & hospitality that is rarely found, professional & friendly.

10/10 Best stay in Zadar you will find
The accommodation was perfect! The bed slept great and everything was there. Of course you can hear the music from outside; what do you expect in the middle of the city centre!? Quick to solve: party yourself. Downstairs at the bar at Andrej's you will have a nice and pleasant evening. We recommend the maraska cherry liker! Or ask Andrej for advice. He knows everything! He was so kind and during our stay he helped us with everything. From trips, till restaurants and many more!!

Excellent hosts and a great location
When we arrived, Maria showed us where to park for free and around the apartment, then invited us down to the family owned bar for a drink and a welcome chat, where we were recommended some great restaurants and local attractions to visit. The apartment was spacious and clean in an excellent location
