Great Service
Had a wonderful experience! Vikram Singh provided excellent service and was very courteous and attentive throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality. The ambience was also beautiful and made the overall experience even better.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever seen
This is the most disgusting hotel I have seen in my whole life! Please see the attached pictures - the mold in the bathroom is not something that they missed cleaning for days, it looks like they haven't cleaned it for years. After complaining, they gave me another room, same thing. The 5 pictures are from two different rooms.

I am very disappointed with this hotel stay. The air conditioner units are set at a permanent threshold of 22°C and no matter how you try to cool the room with your in room thermostat nothing changes as it is fixed to blow at 22°C. The hotel staff will never agree to the fact that it's on a threshold limit. They will lie to you over and over again saying that it will take time to cool. Slept sweating the whole night without any proper sleep and mosquitoes to add to this suffering. Sorry to say but this is not a Marriot standard hotel. As a fanatic Marriot group Bonvoy member, I would request the Marriot operations team to visit this hotel and take corrective actions before this hotel ruins and tarnishes the brand reputation of the Sheraton and Marriot brands. The only thing good about this place is the food, other than that, the small lodges are way better.

Decent stay - Must visit if on a tight sightseeing trip
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur and had a comfortable overall experience.
The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer ample space for both business and leisure travelers. Hygiene standards throughout the property were good, and the hotel generally delivers what one would expect in its price segment.
One aspect worth noting is the view from the rooms. While some rooms are marketed as city-view rooms, the actual view is largely of nearby residential buildings, balconies, colonies, and low-rise structures. If you're expecting a scenic Jaipur skyline, you may find it underwhelming.
The front desk team is helpful and responsive. The service style is distinctly local and somewhat laid-back, but the staff perform their responsibilities well and are always willing to assist with requests. They were particularly helpful with printing documents, arranging information, and recommending places to visit in the city.
Breakfast is decent rather than exceptional. There is enough variety to ensure you can find a satisfying meal, and for business travelers, the offering is perfectly adequate and fairly standard. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I did not get an opportunity to use it during my stay.
The one area that could use improvement is the air-conditioning. While functional, the cooling performance could be stronger, especially during Jaipur's warmer months.
Overall, this is a solid choice if you're looking for accommodation in the ₹5,000–₹6,500 per night range. It's particularly well-suited for business travelers or visitors with packed itineraries who primarily need a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay rather than a resort-style experience.
