A budget hotel

Not value for money. An average hotel. The photo explains the reality of hotel. Cupboard only for name sake without hanger rod. The room was too small that after putting two suitcase there was not enough space to move. In bathroom shower was not working. Bucket was of very cheap quality. In bathroom since there was no basin platform so it was very difficult to manage soap and shaving kit. They had provided tea kettle but there wasn't ant socket to operate it. The tv socket was high enough to be used for kettle.
The only advantage was that it was near to fort and located on main road.

family trip

Hotel is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. They have in house restaurant. Food is OK and chef is ready to prepare dishes as per your requirement and taste. Staff is very good & cooperative. Hotel is near to fort and market. We have stayed twice between a gap of one day during which we have visited sam. They have also kept our luggage safely during our visit to sam.

The worst possible hotel of jaisalmer with an overhyped image

I don't know how the rating of this hotel is 4.5. The booking was done for 2 days based on the so called nice pictures on TripAdvisor. We had booked the rooms for 3850 per day.
The room they allotted us was very small, lizard and flies roaming around the room , the walls are dirty with shoe marks till waist height in each wall. The washroom was not so clean. We then requested the manager to shift to other room as this was not clean at all.
Then they showed us couple of rooms after multiple requests(which according to them costs 1500 more than 3850) but none of the rooms are clean or as per the images across the web. These rooms also had shoe marks on the wall and are very stuffy and claustrophobic.
The worst part was they had multiple other empty rooms but they were unwilling to show them.
At last we decided to move out and shifted to a nearby hotel whose rooms are far more maintained and clean for the same rates as Hotel Neeraj.

Best Hotel With good location,good food,Staff behavior is also good,Hospitality provided by the Hotel is Best,Rooms are good. You get a straight view of the fort through the hotel.....In short Hotel is Best for Stay with friends and family
