Disappointing stay ,
Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was a letdown. The room resembled a lodge and was in poor condition. There were numerous flies, and the cleanliness was subpar. Housekeeping fell short of expectations.
On the bright side, the front desk staff, particularly one lady during check-in, were very helpful.
However, the complimentary breakfast being provided at a nearby restaurant instead of the hotel was surprising.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this property without significant improvements."

Had bugs crawling near the sink. The linens seemed old no longer white and crisp, and the pillows very poor quality all broken up, not firm to say the least
When we left we had four pieces of luggage and no one offered to help us ( two ladies) until we got outside or the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.

Best in kochi
If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service, I highly recommend Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn in Kochi. Krishnendu at the reception was fantastic—he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The lady at the reception was also very friendly and provided useful local tips. Martin, from housekeeping, always made sure my room was cleaned to perfection. Thank you for making my stay memorable!
