Super atmosphere

Location s great … rooms are very clean and All staff are humble and knowledgeable and Rajkumar Santhosh Durga in dining hall all are nice and friendly

Great hospitality at savoy

In the Savoy restaurant the service, guidance, advice as to the choices of food was praiseworthy with maximum credit to Priya mondal, assisted by anwesha and ably guided by Mr. Santosh Kumar , Leader of the restaurant and needles to say,
the food was extremely delicious and my special regards to Mr Nathan, who prepared excellent Chinese chicken fried .
Last but not the least, I think that Ms Sharmila Ramesh was extremely courteous, cooperating forthcoming and in my assessment is a great asset to the organization along with Ms Priya who has offered great service ‍

Ooty Savoy Experience

It was a very good experience. The hotel staff is very caring and welcoming. A special thank you to Raj Kumar for his good recommendations. The view is very nice and the garden and flowers are very beautiful. A place to relax in Ooty soaked in the British ambience with an Indian twist.

Disappointment

Nice place. Quiet. Flowered and manicured garden. Just right room (yet we were upgraded from superior to luxury.....)It is considered a 5 star but not to European standard. Slow service and repeatedly forgetting orders. Breakfast in room never ready on time. Buffet very kind and without flavor. Very humid room and approximate furnishings (traces on furniture, lampshades and cross switches etc). Bathroom with questionable cleanliness.
