Great hospitality of Tej & Raj wonderful location with close proximity

Great stay,great hospitality of Tej & Raj wonderful location with close proximity to river and famous restraunts with Continental cusines and authentic Banaras food like puri kachodi & jilebi this combo is crazy must try , Ganga Aarti was an unforgettable experience

Not Recommended: Unbearable Heat and Dishonest Behavior

I had made two separate bookings at this guesthouse: one from the 26th to the 30th, and another from the 30th to the 31st.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a "Double Room with External Private Bathroom" located under the roof. The temperature inside was unbearable, around 45°C (113°F). It felt like an oven—hotter inside than outside—and it was simply impossible to stay in the room.
I politely asked Raj if it would be possible to change rooms. His reaction was extremely rude, and he treated me with a complete lack of respect. Since I had already paid for my entire stay via UPI, he offered to refund me so that I could find accommodation elsewhere.
However, after asking me to sign a document confirming that I had received the refund, he suddenly claimed that he had never received my UPI payment in the first place. I found this behavior completely dishonest. I had to tell him that if he did not refund me immediately, I would contact the tourist police. Only then was the situation finally resolved.
Unfortunately, I am not the only guest who has experienced this person's rude behavior. I encourage you to read the negative reviews across different booking platforms—several travelers describe very similar experiences.
I absolutely do not recommend this guesthouse.

この宿の主人は、日本語が堪能で、とても細かい配慮ができる人物です。１泊だけの滞在でしたが、不自由を感じることはありませんでした。部屋に暖房器具はありませんが、寒さで困るほどではありません。近所には、おいしい食事を提供するレストランや両替商もあり、便利な場所だと思いました。再びこの地を訪れることがあれば、必ずこの宿を選択するでしょう。　P.S.　TEJさん、ものすごい渋滞の中、バイクで送ってくれてありがとう。とってもエキサイティングで楽しかったよ！

サービスも清潔さもロケーションも全てが良かった。
ホテルのスタッフには、日本語がペラペラの方もいて、
親切心だけでバラナシの観光地へ連れてってくれました。
日本人で、バラナシへ行く際には
ここのホテル一択だと思います。
心からありがとう。
