The hotel facilities very nice, the locations very strategic in the heart of bandung, near braga street and alun-alun, with very easy access to mosque, museum and dining options.👍

Had a pretty good stay there. The hotel location is really great, walking distance to nearby attractions and plenty of food options! The staff was also attentive and the amenities are ok given the price.

The quality was different during the soft opening and grand launching as well as during the pandemic. i have stayed for all room types, but currently i tried classic room type. Many facilities have been reduced such as no vertical blinds on the corner windows, shampoos and soaps do not seem to be Sensatia Botanical, there is a lot of crust on the bathroom walls, dust also on the head of the bed, the breakfast menu is also not as happy as before the choice (almost a 3-star hotel standard) although the taste quality is still good. A little disappointed that the quality is starting to go down. Hopefully it can be improved and repaired for the better. Thank you.

Location: at the heart of Bandung, short walking distance to Braga. The hotel is right smack opposite the Grand Mosque & Alun alun. The lift is very petite, can only fit us and our 4 luggages.
Cleanliness: our bedsheet was not very clean, we spotted few stains here and there. Bathroom was ok, although the hairdryer could do a major upgrade (so outdated and takes long time to dry your hair)
Size of room: quite decent although the bathroom is really squeezy. Bed size is super large.
Comfort: quite comfortable for short stay in Bandung. Water temperature in the bathroom was not stable, sometimes hot and cold.
