Just spent 8 days of complete relaxation and ate divinely. Top-notch chef! A special thanks to Roberto the maitre d', who made sure we lacked nothing, always with a smile and in a good mood ☺️ .

FOR THE ELDERLY AND SMALL CHILDREN, AVOID
Hotel with no aspirations to hope for a 4th star! The room was tidy and clean, but the serious thing is that it is located in a dormitory neighborhood of apartment buildings and that the Municipality, since there are few tourists, does not create any attraction for the Lido del Sole neighborhood, but only boredom! To see a bit of activity you had to go to the center, about 3 km away. Zero entertainment for adults, if not for half an hour of water aerobics in the pool. For this reason, hundreds of bicycles are available for free! The meals were repetitive every day, especially the appetizers; potatoes were the main staple, never a slice of cake, only anonymous croissants, children screaming in the small restaurant area, without a tablecloth on the table at breakfast and a runner at dinner. Except for the staff, who were very kind, for the rest I would remove the "super",

la ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua opinione, anche se riteniamo doveroso fare alcune precisazioni.
Il nostro hotel è dichiaratamente un family hotel, membro del Club Bibione Family Hotels: il programma di animazione è pensato principalmente per bambini e famiglie, non per un pubblico in cerca di intrattenimento serale o mondano. Questo non è una mancanza, ma una scelta precisa e dichiarata.
Per quanto riguarda la zona di Lido del Sole, si tratta di un'area turistica immersa nella pineta e tranquilla, pensata per chi cerca relax lontano dalla movida: il centro di Bibione, con negozi e locali, è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti, non ai 3 km da lei indicati.
Ci teniamo a specificare che il nostro hotel non è dotato di piscina, questa informazione è peraltro chiaramente indicata nella descrizione della struttura già in fase di prenotazione e nel nostro sito, pertanto non dovrebbe rappresentare una sorpresa per i nostri ospiti. Le attività in acqua menzionate si svolgono in spiaggia e sono organizzate gratuitamente da Bibione Spiaggia, non gestite direttamente da noi.
Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, il menu è pensato con cura dal nostro staff di cucina e con lo chef, cambia ogni giorno ma prevede sempre molteplici scelte tra antipasti, primi e secondi piatti di carne e pesce, verdure e dolci. Inoltre il buffet colazione comprende prodotti da forno e una ricca varietà di dolci, oltre che a salumi e formaggi locali avendo una clientela italiana e internazionale. La nostra proposta gastronomica è da sempre un segno distintivo del nostro Hotel che vanta per questo aspetto i voti più alti nelle nostre recensioni. Ci dispiace leggere una sua opinione tanto diversa dalla maggioranza dei nostri ospiti. La scelta di runner al posto della tovaglia a colazione risponde a criteri pratici, proprio in funzione della presenza di famiglie con bambini piccoli. Trattandosi di un family hotel, anche la presenza di bambini in sala ristorante durante i pasti è una caratteristica intrinseca e dichiarata della nostra offerta, non un disservizio.
Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia rispecchiato le sue aspettative, ma restiamo convinti che la nostra proposta sia chiara e coerente: un hotel a misura di famiglia, non una struttura orientata all'intrattenimento per adulti. Le consigliamo pertanto di valutare con maggiore attenzione, in futuro, la tipologia di struttura più adatta alle sue esigenze prima di procedere con la prenotazione.

dreamlike relaxation holiday
family-friendly, child-friendly hotel, extremely courteous and nice staff, all wishes are fulfilled by the chef, exquisite food in 5 courses with many choices with fish, meat and vegetarian, great, varied breakfast with fruit, vegetables, sausage, ham and desserts, etc., great coffee
