Great B&B

Adequate, tidy, and clean, close to the center, helpful staff, excellent value for money (the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly) we will have to return.

Disappointing

Central B&B and quiet area. The rooms are neglected and poorly maintained. We had 4 rooms and one was foul-smelling. Communication with the host was good enough until arrival, then disappointing. We were promised a packed breakfast for our early 6:30 departure for the Etna excursion and it was not given to us. At 7, after our message, he informed us that the pastry shop was running late. Problems with the room sink stopper were not resolved, and in the evening and morning we washed our teeth and faces in the bidet. It's a shame because the house would be beautiful and spacious but it is poorly kept and has little maintenance.

Convenient for exploring Catania on foot

Convenient to the center, essential, honest price, important parking space, fresh sweet breakfast from the pastry shop, friendly and available girl in charge of breakfasts

The lie is NOT marketing

I have travelled a lot in my life, but I have never had such an experience. I booked convinced I had what I saw on the site and in the photos. Instead, exactly something else. Worn-out, old, dirty room. Outlet not working. Wear and tear. Dirty neighborhood, isolated, far from downtown contrary to what is said. After taking possession of the room, using the bathroom, touching towels etc., I was required to change rooms with other customers for an error. I asked if it was possible to clean the other room. No. That was impossible. We searched for another hotel the same evening in the middle of May, creating discomfort and losing money. I sent emails requesting a refund and it never happened. They don't respond to emails. Not recommended. But I hope it is a reflection to update the site with my money TELLING THE TRUTH.

Simple structure, but a bit distant.

Here as a couple, the property is located on the ground floor, in a very simple building, the city center is about 20 minutes walk, to see the feast of St. Agatha you have to move a little ', the owners welcome you warmly, the rooms are simple, but nice, with parking and good price for what is in Catania during the patron saint's day.
