Incredible Wine, Food, and Hospitality

The team at Locanda Gulfi is truly first class, and they provide a fantastic culinary and viticultural experience in a wonderful setting.
The accommodations were clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The appliances were modern and the room was laid out efficiently. The pool, which is accompanied by a bar replete with food and drinks, is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon before or after a tasting. The overall atmosphere is serene, authentic, and intimate.
The restaurant provided some of the best meals of our entire trip. The food is true to Sicilian cuisine but interesting, inventive, and executed at a HIGH level. And of course, it pairs perfectly with the Gulfi wines. The included breakfast also provides a nice spread to start the day.
I cannot recommend a stay at Gulfi highly enough. A special thank you to Raffaele, Paulo, Vito, and all the other team members for treating us like family!

Good stay!

The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and professional. The Michelin title is well deserved as the food is immaculate. The breakfast options are not very vast but of very very high quality and delicious. They produce their own wine and olive oil which are also great! The pool and the view is breathtaking. A great stay for a short trip.
The only thing i did not enjoy is that the rooms are directly adjacent to the restaurant’s dining area therefore, if you want to step out of your room in the evening for a quick smoke in comfortable clothes, you will need to pass through the dining area of a michelin restaurant, which was a bit uncomfortable. My room’s window also lead to the dining area therefore when there are loud parties in the restaurant, you will hear it all in the room. Other than this, it was great!

Great structure

Locanda Gulfi , excellent structure to escape from the chaos of the city between nature, good wine and of course oil. Special thanks to Paolo who was very good and very professional, always with a smile to meet our every request!

This was our second time staying at Locanda Gulfi and we enjoyed our visit thoroughly. We included a wine tasting and ate dinner at the hotel so it was almost 24 hours of relaxation and enjoyment where we did not leave the vineyard grounds at all. The pool is gorgeous and the staff are warm and courteous. Highly recommend during a month when you are able to enjoy the pool!

Perfect for recharging

Lovely place... Excellent restaurant with Vito in the room that pampers you superbly.. All staff friendly and helpful.
