Great experience

The owner is a lovely person, very polite and kind. During these 3 days of stay at the property, I felt comfortable. The property is located a few steps from the historic center of Foligno, and the Recruitment Center of the E.I. The apartment is very neat and clean. I highly recommend!

Run for your life!

Something never seen!!!
Bad structure, to say the least, located on the 3rd floor without elevator (normal given the building located in the historic center, but not specified in the description).
Dilapidated room with bed arranged to the good. Hair on the pillow. In the closet dirty blankets and pillows thrown in bulk.
Shall we talk about the bathroom?
A horrible thing!!! Rust at the edges of the bad shower and mold on the walls and door of the same.
The bidet is missing; in its place there is a kind of shameful shower, worse than hospitals.
We took our bags back and left immediately!!!

Absolutely to improve if not to redo

Terrible, red-hot room even though there are three fans, which just turned on raised the dust throughout the room.
Bathroom seasoned with mold but not bidet, the water impossible to regulate, so we took a cold shower.
Besides to say that the bathroom and outside the room, more precisely overlooks the living room where you have breakfast......... and what a breakfast!
Toast, jam and packaged croissants from the discount store.
No Juices, no Nutellas that the host always says he has, no variations...
It would not be a provocative review, but a push to the host to accept criticism just to improve, and avoid responding rudely by saying that they say crap etc etc.
He comes across as a very nice person, I hope that reading this review from today onwards he will understand where to improve, and avoid responding rudely

Bad experience

III floor without elevator and air conditioner; nightmarish for warmth. Ridiculous breakfast. We weren't asked for papers so maybe we weren't registered. No tax receipt no POS. Avoid from June to September. At 8 a.m. all the guests escaped

Optimal!

We had a great time there. The owner, Mr. Morrno, is truly helpful and very kind, always ready to satisfy every request. Varied breakfast with packaged products but nothing is missing! Very central location, next to the historic center full of clubs and life!
Excellent for visiting Assisi, Perugia, Deruta etc.
I will definitely be back!
