Amazing trip and beautiful horses
I came here to experience the riding and it lived up to my expectations. The horses and staff in the stables were fantastic, with a particular mention to the friendly instructor Susie who guided us in a few wonderful hacks.
The setting of the castle was beautiful, very rural in lush Italian grounds. The castle was interesting and the owners tour you around with information on the history. It was really nice to see the personal interaction the owners had with the guests. The reception staff also went above and beyond to help. They helped me organise transfers and manage my stay.
Whilst there were so many positives about this place there are a few small
things that I think would elevate it even more. The food on the whole was good but for the price point it would be nice to see more variety and freshly made dessert each day. It would also be nice to see what was for dinner before sitting down so perhaps if that day’s menu was written on the black boards guests would know what to expect. Also having a member of staff around to make coffee and drinks orders for guests in the afternoon would be amazing (i know that staffing and timing may not always allow this).
In terms of the rooms they were clean, comfortable and definitely inkeeping with the rustic theme of the place. It would’ve been lovely if hair conditioner was provided in rooms and bath robes to relax in after a long day at the stables. Also definitely not the managements’ fault but given the old nature of the building other guests could be heard, and could’ve been a little more respectful of noise levels in communal areas later in the evening and early in the morning.
Overall a truly wonderful experience run by a family who clearly cares enormously for their horses. Would recommend to all riders! I’d definitely suggest hiring a car too because of the rural setting.

Relax in a fairytale place
Escaping the chaos of the city, my wife and I took refuge in this beautiful corner of upper Lazio. Professionalism and friendliness guaranteed. I also had the good fortune to meet Giulia Marciante as a riding instructor and I could not be more satisfied. Despite her young age, she demonstrates professionalism, competence, and passion that are truly extraordinary.

A wonderful place!!!!
It's a wonderful place! Surrounded by greenery, with absolute peace, friendly staff, varied breakfast, proximity to many places of interest in the surroundings, there is a swimming pool for guests and you can book lessons or horseback riding. The accommodation is well maintained and seems to be in a country house. Maybe I would revise the price of the menu for dinner at a fixed price (40 euros for adults and 30 for children), a bit 'high as a price given what is proposed, although the cook cooks very well and is very kind. Beautiful idea to let guests visit the inside of the castle for free by the owners who still live there. Feels a little like being inside Downton Abbey. Congratulations!

A home from home
What can I say. Italy is my favourite place and this place is heaven for me. The hosts Antonio and Christina were very welcoming and so friendly. All the staff were wonderful. The horses very well trained and well mannered. The rides and countryside was spectacular. The food was superb and being a vegan, especially challenging to cook for but the meals were so delicious. The accomodation was very comfortable, lovely views from each room, very good mattresses and facilities. I felt so relaxed like a home from home. I will definitely be back if they'll have me. Thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday.

Fairytale castle in Italy ♡
Authentic accommodation, incredibly welcoming, horses are healthy and motivated. You can cycle, follow yoga retreats, go horse riding and relax. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail, the hygiene, dinner, the range of activities and the comfort in the rooms.
