It was all well stocked, there were no noises, the owners were very helpful and kind, excellent value for money, everything very clean and tidy. Recommendation to all!

Disappointing experience
My most disappointing Airbnb experience so far. We have arrived at Gilberto’s villa and soon after that we realised that the description that he placed on the site was not accurate, incomplete and some of it false, and on top of it, the cleanliness of the house, kitchen in particular, was appalling and revolting! I believe that it is not a safe place for a family with kids to use that kitchen. It failed at unsanitary cookware and equipment, with seriously dirty conditions ( dirt and grease found on pretty much every surface, insects, damp cloths, dishes that had to be washed prior using). Clearly, the kitchen was not clean and prepared for new guests, even the baking paper was left in the oven. I don’t even think they took COVID-19 cleaning measures. Pictures speak for themselves.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Anche per noi è stata una delle peggiori esperienze avute con nostri ospiti. Appena arrivato questo gruppo si è subito lamentato perchè pensavano di essere da soli in una villa isolata, quando è BEN specificato nella descrizione che la villa è in una grande proprietà che contiene all'interno anche un cottage indipendente che usufruisce a sua volta della piscina e aree comuni. Come è BEN specificato che io e mia moglie viviamo in un appartamento accanto alla villa stessa (essendo peraltro sempre ben attenti a non disturbare interagendo con gli ospiti ma sempre disponibili a soddisfare le loro esigenze e rispettando la loro privacy. Nella nostra struttura teniamo molto alla tranquillità e perciò la regola del silenzio dalle 23.00 (che è ben evidenziata) deve essere rispettata. Cosa che il gruppo fin dal primo giorno non ha fatto con musica a volume alto e schiamazzi anche fino alle 2 di notte... Dopo vari richiami sia da parte nostra che dagli altri ospiti del cottage nei giorni successivi hanno con fatica e scocciati limitato i rumori. Nel sito è scritto che la villa si trova a 2km dalla spiaggia, e cosi è. Visto che non volevano condividere il barbecue con gli altri ospiti (è un barbecue con le ruote che si può portare dove si preferisce) ne abbiamo prontamente acquistato un altro. Riguardo alla pulizia della cucina, abbiamo sottoscritto il protocollo pulizia AntiCovid e ci teniamo particolarmente. Rifiutiamo categoricamente questo appunto (che tra l'altro non ci è stato fatto quando gli ospiti erano qui). Vogliamo evidenziare invece lo stato della cucina che hanno lasciato gli ospiti: piatti e pentole sporche, gas incrostato, cestini pulizia mai svuotati, barbecue non pulito, asciugamani in condizioni pessime (alcuni da buttare), asse del water rotto. (Le foto che hanno pubblicato sono quelle di come Loro hanno lasciato la casa...).
Riguardo all'insetto, siamo in aperta campagna e può capitare che a volte entri qualche insetto.
Inoltre avevamo chiesto se volevamo il cambio di asciugamani (il soggiorno era di 5gg), sentendoci rispondere di no ed invece hanno aperto gli armadi senza chiedere e si sono presi tutti gli asciugamani che erano dentro... I do not recommend!!
I do not recommend to anyone, not the house and not even the host. The villa is presented totally different in pictures (much worse in reality) and the host has an unprofessional behaviour that doesn’t respect what he describes to offer.

Deceiving Experience
Such a deceiving experience! The description of the house and it’s amenities is not accurate and false.
When you book an entire villa you expect privacy... but surprise! we realised that we need to share the garden, pool and BBQ with another guests from small house part of the same property that we didn’t know about.
The beach supposed to be less then 1Km and in reality is around 3Km
The host live in the same house , so basically most informations are incomplete and false.
We expressed the host that we are displeased about the hidden information that we need to share with another guests, but his attitude wasn’t too professional.
The most appalling issue was the cleanliness of the house, in regards to the kitchen in particular. I believe that it is not a safe place for a family with kids to use that kitchen. It failed at unsanitary cookware and equipment, with seriously dirty conditions. It was in a deplorable condition: grease and dirt everywhere, spiderwebs on walls and corners, insects in the fridge, scotch tape glued and frozen drawers of the freezer, oven filled with baking paper from previous day, and many many other dreadful cleaning issues. In this situation, I do believe that not even COVID-19 cleaning measures were respected.

Great Disappointment
First of all, I will start with the thing that bothered me the most, the dirt in the kitchen, this kitchen has not been cleaned for weeks, grease stains were present both on cutlery and dishes and on every corner of the kitchen. The house is presented to us in the description as if each room has its own toilet, totally untrue, only one room has a toilet,The other toilets are one on each floor.
Our group rented the house in the conditions in which we thought we would be alone in the house but in the meantime we found out that Gilberto the owner lives in the house with us but has another separate entrance plus another surprise cottage house in the yard that we had no idea about, which was passed to health and safety description not on the description of the house, And it doesn't appear in the pictures of the house.
There was another couple rented the cottage and we needed to share the pool, the barbecue, the parking Lot and the yard.
In the description we were told to be quiet at 11 pm and we had to go in the house because I wasn't allowed outside because it was bothering the others.We had to keep quiet because Gilberto's wife worked in the morning. Another criterion by which we chose this house was that the beach is less than 1 km away but there we found out that it is actually 3 km and takes more than 40 minutes to reach the beach. A good thing was that Gilberto provided us with bikes to get around faster and the ride was much more fun.
I do not recommend this place, it is not what you see in the pictures and in the description.
