Dinner with friends
I had dinner with friends at this place. I personally ate guitar with shrimp and zucchini. The pasta to my taste was too al dente but was eaten. Friends with me ate meat and were satisfied. .Kind and helpful staff.

Disaster
On our way back from our holiday in South Tyrol, on 6 January around 1.30 pm we stopped at the hotel restaurant for lunch. My wife and I ordered two sea bream fillets with vegetables and my son a Milanese cutlet with fried potatoes. The sea bream fillets, which are clearly farmed, but which does not mean that they should have been so dry, old and of poor quality. I practically ate only vegetables and two pieces of sea bream that was not even barbed well. At some point after my son had eaten a piece of cutlet I realized that it was completely raw with blood-red parts , I stopped him and told him to eat only the chips (let’s forget the taste from used oil). So what about , experience to forget and place to avoid . The waiters apologized and at the time of paying the owner did not show up and sent the maitre d' who in addition to apologizing also made us the discount, but you can not eat like this, change jobs.

Called to order 4 takeout pizzas.
I called to order 4 takeaway pizzas but the quality is not the best .. ciungose pizzas and very heavy at stomach level. A tip go to cilli's pizza a gardolo that make a spectacular dough ❤️

More plus than minus, but not romantic
There is much to recommend this hotel. The people are kind, helpful, and multi-lingual (IT, DE, EN). The property is spotlessly clean, though the decor in some of the rooms is dated. Our room had robes, slippers, amenities, and a scale, which I wish I hadn't used. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices of both the food and wine are very fair, given the quality. Good breakfast. There is a spa. The location makes it easy to go north to Tramin or Bolzano or south to Trento or Rovereto. The actual location, however, is not charming. The outdoor area faces a busy road and there is no quiet garden area. The downside is the Cavena, a -1 bar that is open Friday and Saturday nights. Once the rock music started, it went on until 2 AM and reverberated even in our 3rd floor room.

Fully satisfied
Hotel easy to reach by car from the highway. Extremely courteous and professional staff (especially the contact person of the spa). Large and well maintained room. Great mattress, definitely bad pillows. Convenient private parking. In my opinion the added value is the wellness center that although not very large, really offers a satisfying experience of relaxation.
