the young grandfather Paco

the expanding structure dominates the Casarza area with simple elegance. Welcomed with extreme kindness by Domenico, the owner, we settled in a large and modern studio furnished with good taste. The point to explore the territory is also strategic to visit the Cinque Terre, without taking anything away from the nearby Chiavari and Sestri, small jewels. Thanks for everything also from Merlin and who knows if we will see each other again...

Relax for 2 and 4 legs!

In a short stay as a couple with our 4-legged partner we discovered a fantastic and relaxing place, pool, cleanliness and hospitality at the top! (also available charging station for electric car). Arrived as guests and left with the regret of leaving friends... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from every point of view, strategic location also to move quickly on the beaches!

A warm welcome

Domenico, Rosalba and their son Sam made us so welcome in this house. A warm log fire was burning when we arrived and a bottle of wine awaited us on the dining room table. The views from the terrace are amazing and the place is so tranquil. There is everything you need in the kitchen to be self sufficient. Free parking outside the house. I am sorry to say that I speak no Italian but Sam was good at translating. In easy reach of all the coastal towns in the area, we loved coming 'home'. Sam asked us if we would like them to light the fire each evening before we came back and of course we said yes, hopefully one day we will be return for a longer stay..

PERFEZIONE A 360 GRADI!!

Alloggiato io mia moglie e le nostre 2 piccole per 3 giorni alla casetta del nonno paco,uno dei tre appartamenti presenti in struttura.ogni appartamento
Gode della propria privacy.noi avevamo un notevole spazio esterno dove poter cenare godendoci lo stupendo panorama attorno.all interno dell appartamento spazioso presente tutto ciò di cui si possa necessitare.possibilità di poter grigliate dato che di sotto è presente un grande barbecue proprio dove è presente una bella piscina ad uso comune utillizzabile fino alle 23,30!!!personalmente ho fatto un bagno la sera godendomi il fascio di luce che la illuminava mentre attorno calava il buio!!davvero un esperienza !!!consiglio a chi ha L abitudine di viaggiare con 1 o 2 di amici di prenotare L intera struttura tutta per voi non ve ne pentirete,privacy unicamente tra amici in una struttura del genere è qualcosa che non ha prezzo.a bordo piscina proprio dove griglierete è presente un tavolo per pranzare che può ospitare fino a 15 persone.baia del silenzio che per intenderci è il punto di riferimento delle spiagge giù a sestri dista esattamente a 15 minuti di macchina,una passeggiata di salute!ma personalmente preferisco tutta la vita salire quei 10/15 minuti su stare al fresco anche x dormire senza un minimo rumore anziché alloggiare giù al lungomare tra schiamazzi,macchine che vanno e vengono,mezzi di pulizie ecc.domenica il proprietario della struttura con sua moglie è una persona davvero squisita che sarà in grado di coccolarvi e farvi sentire a vostro agio!!!personalmente esperienza da ripetere appena possibile!!consiglio di prenotare con notevole anticipo perché un “gioiellino”come questo giustamente è sempre preso d’assalto!!!!

Un paradiso nell'entroterra Ligure

A pochi km.dal mare, immerso in uno splendido anfiteatro, ci si tuffa in un ambiente fantastico, carico di simpatia, di una cordialità disarmante, sembra di essere amici da sempre, la struttura è splendida e le casette arredate con molto gusto, non ti manca nulla e se dovesse mancare basta chiedere che nel possibile si fanno in quattro per aiutarti, un giardino e una piscina dalla quale si gode di uno splendido paesaggi rilassante e avvolgente,
