Very kind staff
We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel, quiet, comfortable and large rooms, equipped with every comfort, but the presence so reassuring and attentive to the customer had by Daniela was a superlative cuddle x this stay...

Good base for a few days to visit the area
The rooms and bathrooms could use a refurbishment just like the towels. It's clean but don't touch the shower drain.
The breakfast buffet was ok. Limited choice in toppings. The sandwiches were a child's fist.
Dog friendly, however 1 walking option directly at the hotel at the intersection of the traffic lights. But well that has also been fine as a base to Venice and other surrounding cities. For Padua center we took the car, because it is more than 5 km there.
As a base we would do this again.

Guests may choose the full buffet or, if they prefer a quicker option, order a hot drink and a croissant at the bar and pay only for what they consume. We strive to offer a varied buffet to suit different tastes, and your observations will be taken into consideration as we continue to enhance our selection.
Regarding the walking area for dogs, our location in the industrial district does present some limitations. However, we are pleased that you still found it suitable for your stay and for visiting the surrounding destinations.

I was disappointed in myself because this was far from the university, but the staff was helpful in helping me figure out the bus and the restaurant and accommodations were great ! Location was the only issue for me.

Courtesy and availability in reception.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower (I confirm that it is not obvious).
