Perfect for anyone exploring Roma

Very clean rooms with a great location. Very secure on the third floor with no noise pollution from the city centre, despite the great proximity.

Leave the door at 3am

On Halloween night I go back to the b&b with my friends and the code to open the door did not work, we call the owner and we are told first to try with another code (not working once again) and then to try to intercom in the hope that someone would open us. It was past 3am, three girls alone in Rome in front of the door of the b&b. While living a moment of panic, afraid something might happen to us, we repeatedly call the owner who, after a series of times that snubs us washing his hands and justifying himself with: "I don't know how to help you, I live half an hour away, you sleep in another hotel," and following the raising of the
tone of voice on our part visibly panicked, he finally decides to bring us a set of keys with which to open the door. The next day he reacted aggressively, attacking us
verbally, because of having, for obvious reasons, told our parents about the event, accusing us of being
"childish" and not to understand that things can break and that this does not depend on anyone; minimizing and ridiculing the discomfort experienced and especially the needs that we clearly needed at that time.
Obviously it is evident that the problem itself was not the broken code / gate, but the way in which the problem was handled by him, completely mischievous towards us and not caring about the lack of Service that instead should have provided and guaranteed us at that time, and that took over only and only following several solicitations via telephone (considering also the fact that you paid handsomely to have a room and a suitable Service). Very serious by those who manage an accommodation facility such a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers, in the face of a legitimate report. I strongly advise against those who do not want to risk spending an unpleasant and unreassuring stay.
Moreover, not of the same importance but nevertheless necessary to emphasize, the
"breakfast" included was really miserable.

It was very easy to find the apartment. It was clean, and tidy, and the location was prime.
Next to different bus stations, and within walking distance to a lot of famous monuments such as the Vatican & the Trevi Fountain.
I would stay there again for sure!
