The staff were fantastic, except one day they forgot to clean the room. The AC never worked properly, my shower was full of ants one morning (and no, I wasn't eating an ice cream while showering!), the pool was down the entire time and that was the reason I chose this hotel, for their beautiful big pool. The place was dilapidated and is in need of major renovations. It was, at best, a 2 star establishment.

Excessive price for overall quality

4-star hotel, but it is difficult to understand how it is possible that they fall into this category.
Dirty room, dilapidated and with very old furnishings.
Hearty breakfast but not from 4 stars.
Availability of staff questionable.
