We stayed at Cala Rosa Club Hotel for two nights at the end of June and found it to be a great base for exploring Stintino and La Pelosa.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from La Pelosa Beach and Stintino Marina. The free shuttle service is a huge plus, running frequently to both La Pelosa and the hotel’s private beach club, making it very easy to get around without worrying about parking.
Our first room had a strong sewage-like odor, but after informing reception, we were quickly moved to another room. The new room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and we appreciated the free parking. The hotel pool is pleasant, although swimming is not permitted between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and it closes at 7 p.m.
The private beach club is worth considering for the saltwater pool, restaurant, and relaxing atmosphere. The beach itself is quite rocky, so we preferred La Pelosa for swimming.
Customer service was somewhat inconsistent—some staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful, while others seemed less customer-oriented. The beds were also a bit firmer than we prefer, though perfectly fine for a short stay.
Overall, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money. Its excellent location, convenient shuttle service, good breakfast, peaceful atmosphere, and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.

A Hidden Gem in Sardinia. A Rose among many Thorns
We had come from a disastrous Airbnb in Cannigione Olbia and found this amazing place on booking.com the reviews looked good so decided to give it a go and what a breath of fresh air. This place is I’m writing this whilst at the hotel because I’m so impressed with the service firstly from front of house Adele who couldn’t do enough for us she personally showed us the room before we checked in and made us feel so welcome that we decided to take the room immediately after our story of of our bad experience in Cannigione she made sure we had a room that suited our requirements ie great view, Aircon comfortable bed and beautifully clean room. We decided to book the evening meal in the restaurant where we met the deputy restaurant manager called Lorenzo who welcomed us to the hotel and show us to our table we had a buffet evening meal which I would say is the best buffet selection I’ve ever seen at any hotel, everything was quality and the service was impeccable. In the morning we came down for breakfast and again we were not disappointed. Lorenzo personally welcomed us and showed us where everything was on the buffet. I have been in the service industry most of my life and I can truly say watching Lorenzo interact with the other guests, was a master class in front of house restaurant service. he made sure that the tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and that the food was topped up at all times, I don’t think I saw him stand still for more than a few seconds, he was constantly directing operations and keeping a tight ship with the staff who obviously respect him and his organisational skills. If I was running a restaurant anywhere I would definitely poach him. All this added together with the beautiful surroundings and immaculately clean hotel we will definitely be coming back here again. Experience Sardinia from Cala Rosa in Stintino.
Beautiful hotel with rooms spread out in a lush park with a breathtaking view of the sea. With the island of Asinara in the background. We enjoyed the excellent dishes served buffet-style by young, polite, and truly helpful staff. We had a great time, enjoying the relaxation, the beautiful pool, and the opportunities to easily visit other nearby locations to Stintino. It is easy and enjoyable to rent umbrellas at the marina, three hundred meters from the hotel, and take advantage of the Ancora restaurant. Beautiful experience

Choose Sardinia and you will never go wrong
I wanted to revisit a land that I love so much, Sardinia, and especially its sea. Without any information, I think I will go see the beautiful beaches of Stintino and I start searching for the facility. CALAROSA appears to me; I call and fortunately speak with the manager, Ms. Paola, who patiently and kindly provides me with the basic information about the place. After seeing which beautiful beaches are in that paradise, I call back to finalize the reservation. I encounter the first people who, with their professionalism, make me understand that I have chosen the right place, Ornella and Adele, who will facilitate the entire planning of the trip. The welcome meets expectations when, upon arrival on the first day, at the end of dinner, Adele (with bright and beautiful eyes) takes us to the restaurant where the maitre, the great Tony, had been waiting for us, preparing something special. In the following days, Tony proves to be invaluable for his skills as an excellent sommelier, but especially for his delicate attention in the dining room towards the guests and his knowledgeable entertainment with the visitors. Tony is fortunate because the team of young waiters is top-notch, very polite, and despite their young age, they exhibit a professionalism worthy of industry veterans. We will always remember with affection Lorenzo, Dafne, Giorgia, Serena, Jane, Mattia, and the others whose names escape us. A thank you to Alex at the reception for all the requests we made to him. The facility is first-rate, meticulously maintained, surrounded by greenery with spacious and always clean rooms. The continuous shuttle service allows you to enjoy the sea with great ease and punctuality. Thank you all for giving us a wonderful vacation. Goodbye, see you soon

Beautiful experience, to be repeated
The facility is beautiful and welcoming, with excellent service including a shuttle to the beaches and the port for the excursion to Asinara. The staff is kind and helpful, and the buffet dinner is abundant and of good quality.
