Checking in was super easy as it was done online, which meant we didn’t have to worry since our flight was delayed. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The trains could be heard but it really didn’t bother me.

Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. Both the pressure and temperature have to be adjust together, and it's extremely difficult to control. After a few minutes, the water turns cold and it has to be readjusted again. No decent chair for the table. Ventilation in the bathroom is poor. Even with the exhaust fan on and the bathroom door open, after a few hours the bathroom is still humid. The only good thing is the fast WiFi.

As I expected from my previous stay in a single room, the standard twin room in the second building is quiet and you cannot hear the train as the first building acts as a barrier.
The twin room was larger than expected, rather spacious. It felt a bit older than the other building but it was alright. The AC had an unpleasant smell the first day but it went away quickly.
The beds were the same as in the single room but directly on the floor. They were on the harder side, but the pillow provided in this room was thicker than the one in the single room.
The toilet is very loud so you might wake someone up if you need to use it at night, but there's also a shared toilet in the lobby that could be used if you want to avoid the loud noise at night.

The single room was decent, a bit small but expected for the price I paid which was very affordable.
There is an above ground train track right outside the room so if you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs, although it was not that bad, still audible. Note that standard twin rooms are in a different building than the single and superior twin rooms/quadruple rooms so they might be more silent.
The area is not touristy at all but residential. There's lots of karaoke bars around that seem popular with the locals. It was fine with me as I just needed somewhere to stay. It is about 10 minute walk to subway station or 1 minute to the above ground train station.

One of the best Budget hotels I have been to. Super clean and has everything you need. The location may seem a little bit scary for some people because of it’s proximity to many homeless encampments. But the homeless population will not even try to bother you.
I recommend for solo and friend groups.
