I'm not sure I'll use it again.

A short walk brings you to the underground mall A little more walk brings you to the elevator. There are three convenience stores nearby Good for Sapporo sightseeing hubs Most customers are young Koreans, but no problem Elevators use card keys that stop only on the accommodation floor Rooms are small The view from the window is bad (maybe it depends on the room) There are two outlets on the head of the bed There's an indoor smoking area on the ground floor Breakfast venue is on the second floor, up about 20 flights of stairs Breakfast venue is an Italian restaurant but no pizza or spaghetti A line-up of Japanese dishes looks unhappy Soup curry is delicious I emailed Agoda directly to the hotel wanting to reschedule my stay, but they didn't answer I didn't hear back when I checked in, I felt dishonest

Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Very convenient location. I have, however, stayed at similar hotels for about 70% of the cost, so 4 stars. It’s a bit expensive.

My bed smelled like when you have left your clothes in the washingmachine for too long and they have started to rot. That kind of ruined the whole experience.

Amazing hotel! Location is brilliant, a really lovely base for seeing Sapporo. Everything was perfect.
My only comment is how hot the rooms are, but easily fixed by opening our window
