Great location and value for money
I booked this hotel mainly for its location and value for money. I took the airport limousine bus 6011 and walked less than 5 mins to the hotel. Nearest subway is Anguk station, a 7 mins walk to hotel.
Staff spoke English which was great. Hotel has a lft, which is useful for big luggage. Though room is small, it is clean. I had a double bed, very comfortable. Room amenities are complete - air con, TV, fridge, toiletries, hot shower, slippers, boiler, hair dryer. Along the corridor is a water and ice dispenser. Breakfast starts at 8am, Amercian style set meal, freshly cooked. There are coffee, orange juices and milk. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

A short break in Seoul
Spent 5 days In Seoul, a very safe and clean city. This hotel is about 5 min plus walk from the subway station. We only have hand luggages so it’s ok for walking. Quiet location. Rooms are clean, daily room make up with new towels. Toothpaste and toothbrush provided. Comfortable beds with very good and silent air condition. Next to changdeokgung palace. Breakfast is good size, set American breakfast. Slippers provided. Surrounding 7 eleven, and 5 mins walk to many local restaurants mainly Korean cuisine.

hostel environment
Pros:
- Location was within walking distance of Limousine airport bus.
- Location was within walking distance of Anguk Station, Insadong, etc.
Cons:
- Shower floor was incredibly slippery and I had to hold my toddler's hand for the entirety of our shower or else risk her slamming her head into the narrow glass partition between the shower and the toilet.
- Table and chairs were uncomfortable metal things that would look more at home on a patio.
- Desk was unmanned more often than not.
- Luggage we dropped off to be watched before check-in time was left unsecured behind the unmanned desk.
Overall: Felt like a hostel. I feel like they'd be better off having bunkbeds and lockers in the room and cater to the backpacker crowd instead of advertising as family-friendly. Would not recommend to families but would be fine for younger couples on a budget.

Wonderful staff!
We were there for 7 nights and the staff was accommodating to allow early check in as we have young children who were already tired after the flight. I would like to give the staff 5 stars and the reason I rate 3 stars is because of the room design and dirty wall tiles in the toilet!
The floor is extremely slippery after a bath and we had a fall twice throughout our stay. I would like to suggest them to step up on security as there will be NO staff at the front desk after 11pm except one, whom will be asleep at the basement. That means whomever will be allowed up to the guest rooms without any limited access! Lights were pretty dim at night too.
The room that I had stayed, miraculously, had its toilet's lights automatically off thrice during my 7 nights stay. Breakfast is the same everyday but it's still tasteful and enough to keep you full till lunch..
Nothing to rave about it's location as there's basically nothing and it's a 10 mins walk to Jongno 3 ga station.. it will be troublesome if it rains... and also another 10 to 15 mins walk to the main street of Insadong. Able to walk to Myeongdong for another 30 mins or so... the airport bus stop is nearby, However, the road is under construction and makes it difficult for us to push the luggages along the way...
If it's not because of the poor sound proofing, flaws of the bathroom and the lights going off thrice during my stay, I would give it 5 stars!

Excellent location
I found this hotel as I wanted to be in walking distance to Insadong and the area around. It is easy to find and the hotel staff is very nice. The room was very cool but the best thing is the rooftop cafe. We just loved to hang there in the evening. The breakfast was included in the room price and it was a fixed set pr person and it was good. There are several seven/eleven shops around.
