Great accommodation, great location. Walking distance to town centre

Great accommodation, great location. Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our tour of Yellowstone, Canada and Alaska. great breakfast options included in the dining room and less than 100mtrs away is Tim Hortons for a good coffee. the township is about a 20min walk but an absolutely beautiful walk and well worth exploring the town on foot.

Great hotel!

We try to go once or twice a year! We love it there. They allow pets and have a fantastic pool and hot tub. Easy walk to downtown. Good elevator! Small hotel but grea hotel! The only thing that deters us these days is the charge to park downtown or anywhere near downtown and lots of the beautiful mountainscape parking lots!
At Quarry Lake! Too expensive in summer!
Peak season rates (May 15 – Oct. 14): $10 for two hours
Low season rates (Oct. 15 – May 14): $2.50 per hour

Front desk staff who checked us in was very rude. Requested for an upper floor room as the ground floor is like semi basement and he declined mentioning no availability. Although another family was given a similar room on upper floor who checked in 30 minutes later. Also requested the guy if we can switch room next day when some others will check out. He straight told us that there will be no availability of similar room next day. The guy didn’t seem a good fit for front desk as two other ladies helped us to switch our room next day and there were multiple availabilities on the next day. Hotel is old and not properly maintained. There were layers of dust in some areas. TV was not working in the first room, ac was very noisy. They badly need a complete renovation. Breakfast was okay.

The swimming pool was awesome for my family. Spacious and clean, and close to Tim Hortons and Wendy’s.

The hotel offers free parking, and although the room was a little dated, it was clean and well maintained with good housekeeping. Breakfast was decent, and the small pool and water slide were a great bonus that our daughter really enjoyed. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay.
