Such an amazing hotel, great location. Amazing staff, comfortable beds, great pool in hot tub. Amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was great in the morning and had everything you needed.
The room was not overly clean as there was a stain on one of the bed covers and there was some stuff under one of the beds. The 2 chairs in our room were stained and there were various stains on the carpet.

BEDBUGS. AVOID THIS HOTEL
Do not stay at this hotel. Our group stayed here with 11 children who spent a significant amount of time in a room that had an active, severe bed bug infestation. We have photographic and video proof of live, moving bed bugs in the room. Exposing guests, especially young children, to parasitic pests over multiple days is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard.
The hotel’s handling of this critical health issue was appalling. 11 kids were playing in an infested room while management downplayed the issue as a minor "inconvenience." Management expected four families (18 people, including 11 kids) to sit around for over an hour in an unsafe facility just to wait for an on-site manager. When we requested immediate communication via phone, they falsely claimed we "chose not to meet."
The hotel claims no live activity was found, which is a flat-out lie. We have clear, undisputed photo evidence proving otherwise.
There was zero follow-through. Promises were made regarding follow-up phone calls, but management completely abandoned their responsibility and failed to reach out.
Super 8 management’s attempt to dodge accountability, ignore photographic facts, and misrepresent the timeline of events demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and basic hygiene standards. This property poses a genuine public health concern. Avoid at all costs.

BED BUGS
There was a confirmed case of bed bugs in a room our children spent a significant amount of time in over three days. The hotel’s response was unacceptable. We were told someone would contact us, but no one ever did. The manager refused to come to the property to speak with us or address the situation. The complete lack of urgency and accountability was shocking. We expected far better from a hotel dealing with a serious health issue.

It was a great stay other then we had issues with our key so keys wouldnt work so they had to switch it so it just stayed unlocked our whole stay. It was a little sketchy anyone could walk into our room at any time
