In general property is great .. very quiet hotel consider our room next to the elevator and we didn’t hear any sound throughout the night .
However few issues, shower head is horrible , there was hair in the tub when we checked in . The ice machine was broken n garbage inside ( but no sign posted on the machine saying is not working ) .
Staffs are friendly . Is a decent hotel .

Was told we were smoking in the room when my friend smokes outside and I am a non smoker and they would be keeping the $300 deposit I don’t even know why the deposit was $300? I haven’t ever been charged that much before but I had already pre paid for the room and couldn’t afford to cancel the room. Then upon checkout I was told the deposit would be held for 3 business days? Every other hotel has always released my deposit right away. The bathroom sink was clogged and no one could fix it for us during the 3 day stay I guess no maintenance on during weekends.

Don’t bother if you are looking for a restful stay

Check-in was smooth and pleasant, even late at night. The night shift front desk staff member was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made a great first impression.
Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was extremely disappointing.
At around 3:30 a.m., we were woken up by a man in the room next door who was screaming in the hallway and then continued yelling inside his room. He began body-slamming himself against the wall so violently that it shook our beds. This went on for at least an hour, if not longer. We contacted the front desk twice, but the clerk was alone and unable to resolve the situation.
In the morning, I approached the front desk to discuss what had happened and was met with no empathy or apology—just a dismissive attitude. At checkout, I asked again what steps the hotel would take to address the situation. I was told they would send an email to the guest responsible, which did not feel like a meaningful resolution. When I tried to ask further questions, the staff member turned away mid-conversation.
If you value customer service and a restful stay, I would not recommend this hotel. We travel frequently, and this was one of our worst experiences.

Check in was fine. Needed a $300 damage deposit which varied from person to person in our group. Some was $100 others $300.
Breakfast was awful. Waffle machine didn’t work and was dirty. Staff fairly indifferent. Hot food was cold in the chafing dishes. Not really to par.
Ran out of towels for housekeeping - said they would bring more and they didn’t. Not 100% sure if we had queen beds or doubles to be honest…it was quite squishy.
Not what we are used to and it was very mediocre compared to what it used to be like. Staff friendiness fluctuated too. Some happy and helpful - others just glared.
Not my fav stay.

Was nice, clean and quiet. Due to miscommunication between weekend and weekday staff housekeeping came in to clean after we had paid additionally to keep the room until 3.
