Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

酒店的服务非常贴心，工作人员总是热情地提供帮助。被子干净，床垫睡的舒服，夜晚很安静，停车场很大，出行很方便。采购生活用品和吃饭都非常的便利。

经常到太和出差，之前总住茉莉酒店，自从这家店开了，一直住云芦酒店，环境很好，相比茉莉酒店设备相对新一点。

酒店性价比太高了，古色古香，床品，卫生设施都一级棒，前台的小姐姐也很热情周到，早餐也挺可囗的，反正今后每次来都会造择，赞一下！

先说卫生，毛巾上有头发，浴室地面很多卷曲的毛发，洗漱用品还有拆过的包装留在里面。工作人员只会反复解释因为过年，打扫不仔细。再说服务，前台人员态度冷漠，爱搭不理。再说宣传图片，严重与事实不符合，号称庭院酒店，只见超级迷你停车场。综上，不会再来的酒店。各位自己斟酌。

尊敬的客人：
实在抱歉，这次入住体验这么差，给您带来了诸多不便，真的是我们的失职。
关于卫生问题，毛巾有头发、浴室地面毛发多、洗漱用品包装拆过，这完全不符合我们的服务标准。不能因为过年就降低要求，我们已经对客房清洁流程进行全面整顿，重新培训保洁人员，加强监督和检查，确保每间客房都干净整洁。
前台人员态度冷漠，这是我们服务意识的严重缺失。我们会开展服务礼仪培训，提升员工的服务热情和沟通能力，保证以后每位客人都能得到热情周到的接待。
宣传图片与实际不符，是我们的工作失误。我们会重新审视宣传内容，如实展示酒店的设施和环境，避免给客人造成误解。迷你停车场的问题，我们也会想办法优化停车安排，或者为客人提供周边停车建议。
