Whole front desk service was so bad, the guy checked us was extremely slow, which we have to stand there for 30 min only doing english to Chinese translation on his phone. Room was dirty and faucet’s were unusable. Since there were many reviews with their cleanliness, i have assumed those were lies. So bad service

Dear guest brought you such a bad stay experience. Room hygiene we have a manager to personally round the room, a guest a change a disinfection. And when you checked out, the sheets and covers had contaminated pepper oil, so it is normal for us to deduct compensation from you. The so-called online comments are real and effective, to ensure the satisfaction of consumption is also our biggest driving force, not so bad as you say!

Bathroom door handle was missing. And under the sink and toilet there were yellowish spots everywhere. We have requested front desk to clean, but he didn’t do it. Because we travelled with kids, i have cleaned by myself

这次入住体验很不错，酒店服务态度不错，酒店环境很好👌房间设施齐全，干净清爽。位置在主街方便快捷出行，吃饭逛街都方便，办理入住手续也挺快捷的。前台有个又矮又胖的小哥哥 第一眼看到以为是个大叔 没想到是个幽默风趣的搞笑男 全程服务态度超级棒！好久没有体会到这么热情的服务了 给小哥哥好评！！！
