櫃台小姐姐親切熱情好溝通，爽快地幫我換了無煙房。房間寬敞乾凈、光線充足，床品舒適，夜夜 好眠。飯店位於加木斯最熱鬧的商場-萬達廣場旁邊，吃喝購物都很方便。連住七天，天天開心幸福，物超所值，必須推薦！

卫生超级差服务也不到位， 体验感贼差，男朋友上厕所发现墙壁都是污渍不是一小块一面墙都是，找前台处理说给换房，连续看了两间换的房间墙面也不干净，之前住过的房间床我们都躺了，秉承着不麻烦人家反正墙面都埋汰的原则，没换房，前台说给拿抹布擦干净也不给擦，搪塞我们就过去了，这就是他们处理问题的方式，第二天早上一大早就有人敲房门，找前台前台丝毫歉意都没有，连句不好意思都没有，大家慎重吧

独自旅行入住体验非常棒！服务人员热情周到，从办理入住到退房全程高效贴心，主动提供了不少本地出行建议，让人倍感温暖。酒店设施完善且干净整洁，房间布局合理，床品舒适，公共区域的设计也很有格调，完全超出了我的预期。无论是商务出差还是休闲旅行，这里都是非常不错的选择，强烈推荐！

卫生间卫生最差，有烟蒂烟灰，马桶有陈年尿渍，玻璃门水渍重。入住时，前台工作人员告知房间有收费，收费为饮料并且有收费二字提醒，收取押金200元，退房时只退了150元，扣除的50元是一次性浴巾和面巾，入住时并未告知同时房间内也没有提醒这是收费，摆放位置在一张桌子上，收费物品在电视柜下。住了很多家酒店这是我遇到第一家通过微信额外收押金，一次性用品收费且没有标注收费。前台工作人员知道我们是开车来，也没有主动告知停车免费的流程，总之这家店入住体验就 是卫生差，服务差，有隐形消费。
