Room is typical Mercure style, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread is quite delightful also. Staff is not as tentative as other Mercure we stayed before. Location is quite good, but the front gate can be more obvious. So don’t let a good facility slip its standard further.

The Mercure is a nice hotel, very clean with many staff to help. Unfortunately neighbours were somewhat noisy, with the sound of footsteps and doors closing.going right through the floor and walls. A little weather stripping on the doors would make for a quieter experience for the entire hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were highly courteous and helpful.

My stay at Mercure Beijing City Centre was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shopping, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel. I really appreciated the quiet environment and efficient front desk service. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it was a great place to stay during my time in Beijing, and I’d definitely recommend it for both short visits and longer stays.
